I can't either share a check or take a screen shot,after payment. Please check that problem as it is really useful feature.
Horrendous customer service. You buy tickets on the app, they never send you the tickets then the customer support keeps either ignoring you, or talking over you or if you call 6 times they send you the wrong tickets.
The buggiest piece of software ive ever seen in my life, it prompts you to enter email and when you do it says please enter correct email, or you try to top up with an attached card and it gives you errors
It's impossible to make payment so fast you need wait 5-10 minutes for clase and reopen application. It's so terrible.
Nice app, but support is non existent. Reported an issue got answer -Update your operating system, that was it.

This program doesn't work in real time when you using it for utility payments. After you made your payments it tells that it will take a few minutes to process. When you check then with payment history it still shows that you owe this amount to particular service (electricity, water, gas etc.). I contacted customer service and they told me that this program doesn't work with service providers in real time and updates information only once a month (not in few minutes). Pretty confusing.

Was trying to set up my account, hit the + button to register my card, filled everything up just to get a message that I need to upgrade to premium something, couldn't you tell that to me before? Also, the attach card functionality is not at your sight when you need it, I accidentally found it but was not able to register my card due to "bank card data error". I had an impression that this should be a good app, but in fact it's kind of unprofessional and doesn't build any trust along the way.
I am using this app very frequently. Almost convenient. Cons: - The way of doing a predefined payments are not easy and does not save most data for repeatable payments. - Sometimes it removes the payment from the Group - No any notification or comment for the payment in the utilities. For example, when you have summer house and home and it is in the same group of utilities, you cannot know which line of Water belongs to qhich house, unless you enters - Please add Globbing, Onex, etc in your list
Please try Yandex Money and, compare it with your app... This is most uncomfortable app I have used for the last time 🤦🏻 fingerprint is always automatically disabled and log in to the app is super anoing process with a lot of errors and stress. And even after login every step is not intuitive at all. Especially cards page with advertising which 6 time bigger than my real cards.
They are not doing their obligations, there is the right thet they don't know. For example the virtual card every time is generating number. They don't know how it's work and blocking the founds that has beet transfers from virtual card. And later on they want the picture of virtual card which is randomly every time generating random number.
Everything is just amazing. Good job guys! Nice, user-friendly interface, easy payments and transfers. I have only suggestion, if it is possible, please also add dark mode and it will be perfect for me. Thank you in advance!
This app makes the payment process easier. Recommended!
When I wrote my review, I had done all that, and your support specialists couldn't help me, as I said the only argument was slow connection issue, which is not professional answer
Doesn't work after the latest update. Also very bad support. I have to relog every time the app gets an upgrade. Some UX issues that must be improved. Update: Seems like it was fixed so I'll add 2 more stars.
Each time it needs to enter your password, it's just mindless thing, very uncomfortable, and even you enter right password, it doesn't allow you to enter. I want to take the money from my account and delete this application forever, but I can't enter my account, how can I do it?
Good, but not excellent. NFC is not working, it asks "sould I like to use my face ID" and there is only one OK button which is not changing anything. Bug seen on 16.07.20. Thank you.
Implementing feature hide or show count of money on the card and on the wallet would be even better (looks like application ArCa)

Was not able to upgrade my status to premium plus, in the last step of validation, the camera opens and shows picture upside down and does not recognise face.
the app constantly crashes, logs out from the system, and doesn't have contactless NFC payments in non partner stores, I mean with pos terminals.

I don't know how to log in because every time i want to use the app it asks me to log in again and again and not saving my fingerprint! I forgot my damn password and i am not in Armenia to read the sms you send. Just fix it i need to check my balance!
Your app is great, but for example there are taxi services in another wallet apps. I would like to see them in your app too.
Very buggy, app loads very slowly and banking section always freezes or doesn't work at all.
