Very buggy app. No clear fees, be surprised after completing the trip. Cars take very long to receive unlock commands. Worst of all, I had to wait for 2 hours to end the trip through the buggy app which costed me extra money the company is not willing to refund, and the support email system was not working. Should I continue telling you??! Stay away

I have lost more than 200 SR due the error! The application has technical issues that will reflect in your balance even if you wanted to cancel the trip. I have tried to reach their techinal support but they suck at answering phones. Email replies are autamaticly generated replies.

I tried it twice. the first time the car's battery was dead so i had to cancel the booking. the second time i did not face any issue and it was a great experience from start to end. one point they need to address is the cleaniness of the exterior.

The application is nice but have so many technical issues when it comes to request for a car. In many times the car doesn't response. Also there are delay issue when cancelling the contract.

It doesn't even tell you what their prices are. They even charged me SR 2 for just using it! The idea is good but unfortunately the way they did everything is just bad. The execution was poorly made. They should either improve or start from scratch because it already has a bad name to it. I wasn't expecting it.

One of the worst apps...very buggy and now refuses to simply work!!! Tried opening the app and it says need to update and then froze!!! Close it and open again ...the same thing...my money is still with them!! Dont bother installing this app.

Useless---DO NOT USE---This app is heavily flawed from start to finish. Even to sign up they use a 3rd party approval for your credit card (payfort) owned by USA (Amazon) that does not link to it and work properly. There is extortion like fees for everything---Be Aware and Careful if you use---READ EVERYTHING, EVERY DISCLAIMER!!!

I use this app just one time and I deleted it now with my money still on it , I swear if I was know that they'll make me wait for more than one hour due to app issue to end the trip I would go home crawling , hdjeiwjwhejqlwkwbshdhs and the call center aah!! I tried to call the call center and I just was listening to the beeb on it! If anyone need any trip please call me or just go walking, I'm forced to gave the app 1 star when actually I want to give them minus 20 stars

This service works perfectly. I faced some problems before because of the car not being to communicate correctly with the service. But recently it is working fine. Thanks for this great service.

It doesn't work, you cant even manage to register an account with this app. The welcoming email never received. You should take it off store if not ready to prevent getting more damage to the app rating.

application is not working properly.It takes long time to respond and long time to finish the trip. In addition, sometimes, the initial 250 SAR deposit does not return back immediately so you have to call the customer care and then, wait till it return back!

this is a marvellous idea, synchronized with technology to make life easier and moving around even more easier and cheaper.

The idea is great, however the developer of this app has no clue! Did they even try to register a new account? And.they claim that they fixed the subscription issue, really!?

Great app for easy and instant rental of cars. I wish they have more accessable areas of Saudi like airports parking lots and more cities.

I am not able to register or login. I am trying to use the app since 1 month and never was able to access. I think login button is not working

Trying to register but shows must fill all fields. All fields are filled! Good Idea but need investments and app fixing

I am new user. The app rejected my registration with the reason that I already have an account and asked me to contact them. There is no contact us thumbnail.

45 minutes outside car and the was off and no way to close the car to end trip ask me to stop engine 3 calls to customers service every one 10 minutes no answer and close the line as they are busy 4 km for 25 SR Never never use this app

Works fine until you try to unlock the doors it stop working, unreliable... So I deleted the app and tock an Uber.

I tried using this service 4 times. everyrime it said invalid code.I also contacted the call center for help and they said car not responding to orders. not very usfull what so ever

When i wanted to end the trip it was telling me that you have to stop the engine, the car was stopped. Bad application but good idea.

Bad service, no one answer the phone when you need a help. The amount been deducted from my credit card and I am not able to take the car as well.

The worst online rental car service, waste of time, money and your made up plan. Never depends on their service any more.

This is more like a SCAM. A fee (2sar) to check a Visa card that never worked, without any further justification or response.

What is the benefit if you can't register your account.. it always says that the email is already registered.. even though i don't have any account and tried with other emails but same error

Bad application, bad operation, i tried 3 cars in one day and non of them opened, wasting time and effort.

This app is too pricey. 0.4666 SR per minute which too much and 5 SR is add per request. Basically, it is much more better to rent a car for 80 SR than using this pricey app

It doesn't register you even after providing all details. I never received confirmation email which is required to activate my account.

Very very expensive. I don't recommend it at all. 2 hours 96 saudi riyal. You better rent a car 24 hour only 60 SAR.
