Scores are unbelievable and unjustifiable. I always get low scores in phone handling even if not even touched the whole trip. Focus is also low while not exceeding 90km/hr in a 120km/hr max speed highway. This app needs to be enhance and modified.

The app continues to record false speed zones for months now lowering the trip score each time. The so called 'Customer success' team either does not exist or does nothing to address this issue.

how you guys coach?
Great app that has definately improved my driving. I like the function where you can open the map for any journey to identify where you have scored low. However, there are a few occasions where it is wrong, especially speeding at 45mph for some distance every time on a particular bend in a 30mph limit. Also swerving while on a roundabout. Maybe my phone is very sensitive or loses signal in these areas but a colleague was also penalised for exceeding 90kph on a 120kph highway.
