Like many, I'm unable to login. Seems this issue has been ongoing for over a year now. Yet the developers have done nothing to correct this. Not good... Makes me worry about how safe my data actually is with this company (I use the main application from my PC).
This app crashes immediately with lollipop. I was using this quite happily both on my PC and tablet but will now be changing to one of the many alternatives that does work. Lollipop has been around for quite a while, so this should have been fixed by now.
This app used to work great right up until the last Android update. After that it failed to launch. After a factory reset, and rebuilding the phone, the app launches but will not accept the credentials. These creds work on my laptop and online. The app on the phone is broken. Please take a look at it. The app was great when it worked...
Says incorrect username or password, but I am able to login online and from the desktop app with the same username and password.
Hasn't worked on any Android version on my Samsung devices for over a year. No response from the developer. Time to move on.
Never got a chance to use it keeps crashing. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still crashes..i have the samsung galaxy note 4
Won't connect to idrive backup sync space. Says incorrect username or password. Idrive app works but not ideal for syncing folders shared file access...
I would love this app if it would allow me to set my download directory to my external SD card.
Pretty much worthless app, last updated 2012. No "syncing" here, just a manual upload and download of individually specified files. My FTP program from 1980 is more automated.
Out of the gate, it doesn't recognize account username and password. If you attempt to use the Recover Password option it fails stating the capcha is required but there is no field to enter one.
I have a paid subscription already. I downloaded this to access files in my sync folder but is says "invalid password or username". I'm using the same password and username to login on the website. Try to recover the password and it wants me to fill in a captcha that isn't there
I can log in with iDrive backup and throgh the web but this app says my credentials are invalid.
Used it for a while, now it restores previous versions, "damaging" older ones, unusable when restored from the Trash folder!
Looks great but sync problems and complicated learning curve gets it a 0

It use to work earlier..now crashes everytime i open it.
I have recently upgraded to Samsung Note 4 and after installing idrivesync, I realised that I cannot locate the settings button for idrivesync on the apps. Can you kindly rectify this asap? Thanks!
Downloaded the app over the internet. Go to login and it says no internet connection. Tried multiple times. Open a browser window and I have internet and can login into idrive that way. Tried the other idrive app that I downloaded from the internet and it also says no internet connection
RUBBISH, CRAP. Keeps saying my password is not in the correct format. What format do you want, Russian or Chinese maybe?
