Useful and reliable app, works fine. You can buy tickets (full/discounted) with a 10 percent discount, you can buy travel passes, search for routes and timetables. Everything works as expected, so far I am satisfied. Thank you!

Finally, it looks like good app for buying tickets. There's only one thing to keep in your mind - have your phone charged. :-)

It is fine for most things, but the search could be much better. For example, it does not take into account vehicles that are ending their journey on a different route. This would be helpful especially later at night.

When buying a ticket, it often happens that I can not choose a stop, even though I have both internet connection and GPS on. Which makes this app completely useless and made me miss a tram. Another problem, you can just easily wind your clock back to the time you had a valid ticket and it shows you have a valid ticket without buying a new one. I hope that the developers will have a look at it, since now the app is completely unreliable.

Very handy app for public transport in Bratislava. You can buy public transport tickets with 2 clicks and even for lower price than in ticket machines. Next, it detects your position from GPS which makes it very easy to automatically detect what station you are at and check the real time arrivals to this station or to any other station. I found just a very minor disadvantage which is that I could not find how to save my credit card in the app without buying a ticket first.

This app is really useful for people who are using public transport. It is really easy to use this app for finding means of transportation and for buying tickets or passes. I love it.

Bad design, when buying tickets, the menu magically updates, so you can't buy 'the second ticket on the menu' twice and get the same ticket, not clever. Allow us to pin our most used tickets. App 'forgets' the credit card. Make ticket purchases instant. I complain, but what alternative is there to this app? Old review follows:Updated app 9 hrs ago. "Can't find ISIC app", even though it's installed and updated. Also sometimes randomly logs out.

Sometimes I have difficulty to purchase the ticken (error). Turn off, back on and it works 👍

failing, like every state-dependent product... sometimes it just doesn't work for no obvious reason...some drivers have no idea what it is.. if you wait for the buss to actually come, you are not able to buy the selected ticket (as they are usually late and the option disappears after the planned arrival-time is up)..the discounts are strange (not sure who calculated them on the credit option)

Path search is getting worse and worse. Some standard routes with 1 transfer that were found without any problems are not found and search error is displayed. Searcg engine is really horrible.

Quick, user friendly, pleasantly surprised - I just installed the app cause there was no physical ticket machine near the bus stop and I had my ticket in a few minutes, using only my credit card. Ticket purchase without entered bus stop name is not possible. I do not have GPS activated all the time so its quite annoying to enter bus stop manually every time. It helps nothing if something happened and the bus will not come, it will be still showing regular depart.

Nice, easy to use app

Some tickets were purchased without my approval, not all of them were repaid to me. Still cannot understand how it's possible to put broken payment gateway into the production, but as there are not enough ticket machines, I will give another try.

Somehow I'm missing information that tickets are autoactivated. I bought 6 tickets and this is my most expensive ride ever and also there is random bus stop. I didn't choose or search for this bus stop. Not appreciated.

Does what it needs to do. Just be aware that the ticket you buy is is valid in 30 seconds. That means that you can't stockpile tickets and it also means that you can't buy a ticket last minute, when you see an inspector coming for you.

Very useful app. It's easy and fast to buy tickets. You can also check your connection and find your trip.

This app is horrible. Doesn't allow credit card purchases after updating.
