Aweful and wastes time, crashes 11 times a day, every other photo I try to upload fails. Lots of features that have been over looked, as in a simple "retry" button. Get about 20 errors a day and 4 "crtical error" messages. It is not even close to being optimized. Its so bad that my phone has recommend uninstalling it. Tried on several different devices on all different networks , all with the same end result.

This app never works right. Pictures don't save, constantly needs uninstalled and downloaded again. Freezes and restarts tablet at picture and login screen. Thought I'd add to this as I uninstall and redownload. again. I've lost count of how many times this is now. do not purchase anything from this company, it is garbage and will actually impede your ability to work. plan on paying your employees to waste HOURS trying to make this garbage function.

Literally the worst app I've ever used, crashes many, many times a day for no reason causing you to lose time on your work (including huge written out job descriptions), being flat rate that actually affects how much money I make. Cannot upload multiple pictures at once, which makes no sense. Oh and guaranteed every time the first picture you try to add to a work order will fail to upload. Overall just a disaster and I pity anyone else who has to use this app for work

In the very rare moments when the app does work everything is fine, Other than that it takes forever to load is contantly crahing and has always takes forever to load, even just using for payments is ridiculous the amount of time it takes to load an invoice out in customer number and add in the parts and half the time IDS screws up somewhere along the way. A transaction takes easily five minutes per person and as the line begins to build people become impatient, it is a terrible system.

picture upload problem now has new issue; it activates camera instead of uploading another picture. *still cannot upload multiple pictures simultaneously WHYYYY?!?!?!* 1) still cannot add /create a work order with the "+" button. 2) cannot create Parts Purchase order from app. 3) no scanner integrated into parts tab. 4) can't create new part number & price.

Have to login every time I open the app even if I didn't log out. App gets hung up a lot. If someone else has a job I can not close out or edit the job I am on, I also can not see who has that job open to go and ask them to close down their screen so I can finish my part of the job.
