This app never works. I have had it for almost a year and had uninstall/ reinstall the times. still freezes at the start screen. this needs to be fixed.
this app has a lot of issues, it won't let me log in. It stays on a loophole trying to log into my account. I have full service and most of the time I have amazing wifi signal.
Maintain your app! Freezes at login screen. Unacceptable! I had it bundled with LegalShield, but they proved most unhelpful with a Medical matter. I called to cancel and was asked by rep if I would like to keep IDShield. I asked "How much?" and the reply was "$4.95/month". I don't know if the rep was ignorant or lying, but that proved false. $9.95/month was the actual price. Honestly if you don't know, you shouldn't be answering the phone.
I pay a fee to be protected but like other users who commented, after I enter my pin the screen gets stuck on "please wait'' rendering the app useless. Please fix this as it is completely unacceptable!
App works great for a few months, then you can't get past the login screen. The only way I found to fix it is to uninstall the app and reinstall. A big pain.
Just signed up several days ago, received an alert someone trying to open up a payday loan account in my name. I immediately responded it wasn't me. So glad I got ID Shield for protection otherwise I would not have known of any activity on my account. Thanks! IDShield.
Great app! Shows dark web activity and directs me to call an investigator. I was on hold for maybe 10 seconds and a very helpful associate answered and gave good advice to protect my identity!
It is easy to navigate. The only downside I can see is that the credit alerts I recently received did not have the names of the Company that made the inquiry.
Fully functional with the service and does everything and more then I expected! Best protection plan on the market which gives me complete piece of mind.
terribly slow at login screen. apps have to be quick and work without slowing down mobile devices these days.
Good app. Can been a bit cumbersome at login if it has been a while. Lots of info in one area with good controls.
The app hasn't worked for me in atleast a month. Looks like alot of people are having the same issue. I would suggest fixing it as soon as possible.
Enjoy that fact that I receive instant alerts and enjoy a piece of mind if anything was to happen I have a source to assist in identifying any issues.
I love having direct access to licensed private investigators rather than customer service agents, it takes the heavy burden off my shoulders. Full restoration is where it's at with a 5 million dollar guarantee!
This app is a blessing! I was notified of something new on my credit report. The app immediately connected me with Kroll for assistance. Awesome app!
Frustrating that code times out if not used for awhile on a device. Handy when it works on a timely basis.
Have not been able to get in for months. It just keeps trying to load until it or I get tired of trying. 🤦🏽♀️ What am I paying for?
I get a monthly report on my information submitted to ID Shield. It is comforting to know that my information is being monitored. 😊 Thanks ID Shield!
Nice app. Info is intuitively easy to get to. Just wish app was named IDShield or LSMyIDShield. Never remember to look under 'M' for the app. Maybe I will now. 😁
I remember when IDShield was introduced and how it has helped me. I talk to as many people I can about the need for LegalShield and the IDShield. I am glad to have this app available to me and to all associates.
NOT HAPPY!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOG IN FOR OVER 15 MIN NOW!!!!!! This needs fixed. All it does it says Loading and never gets past that.
iD Shield is amazing!!! It has protected me and my family always. Can't afford not to have this app and service
Very user friendly and extremely helpful in providing much needed information.
Everything is simple and readily at my disposal. I also finally have up-to-date information and alerts on my credit score. The support number is fast, efficient and very helpful. I definitely see this as one of my main assets to a better life moving forward.
