The app doesn't work. On most screens it just spins never loads also it doesn't allow me to add my wife nor view my credit says I need to activate so I try to activate and then it says account already activated the app is garbage I'm not saying the service is garbage just the app
App won't close, New Tab A tablet and Note 20 Ultra both tried backing out via back and tried menu then log out and it takes me back to the blank again log in screen and I can't back out of that or log out, just stuck, log in again and same thing all over again. Update! Got an email from tech support and this is the way the app works and nothings wrong you just have to hit the 3 bars or the home square instead of the back arrow and then swipe up on the app in the recently opened screen to close.
Might would be a good app but can't tell. Click on anything and get stuck on a loading screen all day. Clear everything out and try again and same problem..no info at all after logging in just loading evertime I click anything.
This is by far the best Identity Theft plan out there! Alerts come in within minutes of detection. Private investigators know exactly what to do and who to contact to make corrections. I highly recommend this plan. Cost is very reasonable
The app will not allow you to add any info for spouse, minor, or anything. Awful awful app.
Very easy to use, monitors all different types of accounts and send you immediate alerts.
The UI is super clean, the trending credit score is useful to see periodically, and, so far, the monitoring service seems to catch things. Idea: Someday I'd like to monitor the freeze status of my 3 credit reports to be aware when security freezes lapse.
I downloaded the app and immediately tried to login. I clicked forgot username and it sent my username. When I attempted to login, it said my account had not been activated and to click "activate account". There is no option on the screen for "activate account." So far, I can't even get into the app to start using it.
Disappointed Got Zero help from app if could get ahold of anyone I just got passed around feel like it's a scam because I got more alerts from a credit montering app
Great app! Keeps me protected and informed. Tracks everything from your account to sex offenders in your neighborhood. You can set it to track social media. I have never had a problem with the app and you can also use the website for IDShield. I wouldn't want to be without IDShield. Try it and you'll see why!
Constantly has problems but good app
these guys will fight for you....even if it takes months to resolve an ID theft incident (as it did for me in one case with a fraudulent debt account opened in my name) they won't give up until it is resolved...no prompting required. not bad for a monthly subscription fee less than some entertainment services.
I am very please. Protecting my credit and letting me know, how my credit score is with alerts.
App does not close. Have to force close on phone navigation. So much for privacy. Also it never accepts my login and password the first time. Not worth using on a cell phone.
This will not let me click on anything at all cancelling my service due to this I have a note 20 ultra idk if it's the kind of phone I also see reviews with same issues

I love how easy this app is to use. it's nice getting monthly updates on my credit score and the alerts put me at ease, whether I authorized that event or not.
Today, I got my first "alert" from this app saying my info is on the dark web. Anxious, i click the alert and... white screen. Freeze. Try again. White screen. Freeze. Repeat. Not impressed.

I get notified about alerts, but when I click on the alerts page, the only thing it has is a button to call idshield support. The only reason to have the app is to check alerts, so the app is pretty much useless to me.
Love the updates and alerts I get! The child monitoring feature is great because I know of a family member that had their child's ID stolen, and it almost cost them scholarship money in highschool! Overall the benefits outweighs the cost!
This gives you a piece of mind hen you get notified that your identity as been stolen. I just tap the app and a private investigator will take care of everything for me. PIECE OF MIND! Wouldn't leave home without it.
App is simple to use & navigate, never freezes. I consider IDShield my "early warning system" for protecting my ID, privacy & reputation (incl. soc. media platforms).

this app has done wonders in increasing my credit score by alowing me to track alerts. I sleep good at night knowing my identity and family's identity is monitoring and if there is an issue our solution is just a phone call away.
Secure, reliable service. Love having the info at my fingertips. And the app itself is great; very handy.
App is pretty much worthless. I get alerts in my notifications bar, but when I open the app it says I have no alerts.
