Worked good up until video call. Only thing wrong was no voice audio and, instead, a loud screeching noise on both ends of the video call. Otherwise seems to have done it a job.
Its good for capturing IDs. But needs 1) more user friendly way of entering date of birth. Very few 18 year olds are borrowers & most are 30+ year old. (2) When using the app, need to relogin and redo the interview if the code wasnt captured before a phone call is accepted.
Very inconvenient, cannot upload a document only take a photo of a document. I have all my documents saved for times like this then some moron decided to make an app that won't let you upload a document. If I could give it negative stars I would.
App is borderline useless, need to upload drivers licence but no option? Upload as identity document but that wasn't acceptable apparently and no option to add again later. Stupid the bank requires us to use this.
Wish their was a - ve review available. The App not user friendly. You have to back months by months manually to get DoB for a client. Assuming same for issue for clients. The process is cumbersome and just adds to work not providing any benefit to users. Question on who recommend this to the banks
Very poor software, can not make work, makes id authentication 10 times harder, and of no purpose. What a joke and seems very in secure, dont want my information on it, no credibility.
No option to manually type date of birth have to scroll through the calendar. Verification tab is not very responsive.
Wastes time. Won't allow save as you go... I had my drivers licence but not passport. Would not allow me to save what I'd uploaded so I have to upload later
Worst app ever used. During registration password was given in plain text (via email and no option to change password within the app.
Can't use it properly. Starred taking photos it won't let me go any further😕 Still won't let me log in again. Very frustrating😕
This stupid app stops when I try to take photos of licenses. Need to fix it. Annoying thing.
Worse than useless. I am now changing loan providers to one with a manager. Incredibly frustrating and unforgiving. I am complaining to the bank people about this and will be opening an account with another provider.
Terrible. Asks for a username and password when not set up has been done.
Smooth and easy, a lot better than the paper trail of previous years.

The security is pathetic; only a 6 character password and single factor authentication on something I am supposed to trust with my 100 points of ID.

The report this app delivers may meet the funders' requirements as well as those of ASIC. But for the poor mug broker that has to use idyou it is amongst the worst applications ever made. Whoever wrote this user unfriendly garbage along with the morons who wrote the misleading and worthless "instructions" should hang their heads in shame. From a user's point of view this app is a miserable failure on multiple levels.

Doesn't allow manual input of date of birth. Clunky app. You need to know sign language and wear earplugs when you make the video call as you can't hear client and they can't hear you and huge screeching static noise in the background and doesn't prompt clients to turn phone to sign so signature quiet small. Needs to be fixed asap!
