IEHP Smart Care

Won't go passed language setting after downloading. There's no way to log in. Anyone know how to fix this? Edit: since fixed. Changed my one star rating

Registration was unsuccessful. I was entering my member details, my ID number and my birthdate. All entered correctly. I can't register a account, and can't get past the membership details page. I'm having trouble getting in contact with operators since the lines are so busy nowadays. Thought this was a useful alternative but I can't get this to work.

So far so good. The layout is easy to navigate and you have access to all of your medical records with the insurance provider. You can also search for new doctors through here and send requests to change if desired. If you have kids you have to register them separately as they all have different medical ID #s but it's super easy to do. Definitely two thumbs up!

The app is exceptional in every way, detailed and accurate. However, the lab results are sometimes not explicit enough for the patient to understand. Otherwise a great app.

Easy to change doctor and update information all my information available for me to use at any time. I do see that my immunizations from being a 4 years old and 2 years old from my Orange County pediatrician is on there but nothing from 2004 to current is in my medical record but that's the way I want it I don't want all of that information electronically recorded I want there to be an option to turn it on or off or somehow not participate that should be a choice listed.

This is so great . No having to wait and wonder what your lab results said. Now you can see all the results any time you need them.

Its wonderful. I love it. (If only I could actually know what my blood work is telling me ) lol.

Wow, this makes things a lot easier. Especially with my referrals. I no longer have to spend so much time on hold just to get the authorization codes for my services. Not to mention I can view several documents on the spot.

The app appears to be very user-friendly, and it's very helpful to find referrals that have been approved. For some reason vision benefits are not there, so that is something obvious that should be added.

can't reset password in the app, as soon as you to another app, like mail, it closes out the password reset form, you had have to go online to do it, which is an isuue and a hassle, fix this and i will change my rating, i have been a member of IEHP for years and is this becoming the norm for IEHP?

Can't Register! I get to page to input my doctor ID from the card and set a password, but when I submit it says that there's incorrect information! I'm literally putting the info that's on the card and it says it's incorrect! I can't register for the app!

Wonderful to keep up with what is going on with referrals and such

Can't even log in with this app first I thought I forgot my password but won't let me recover a new one. Then I called IEHP for support they gave me a temp password but the sign in is still brown and won't let me sign in. I need test results and I've been fighting this app for over a week.

I just downloaded this app and is good to have the information in hand when i need it, to be able to change doctor get a new card or changen my info. My self is great and even more information.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I actually really like this app. My only real issue I have with it is that it lags Everytime I try in view my medical claims. I will say I like that I don't have to download every referral like I do on the website.

The app has gotten so much better! Being able to view your referrals helps a lot. Needs to be able to let us know what the pending referrals are for. Good app

I like how you guys changed up transportation and didn't tell none of us. Then when we call the member services about it, you keep us on hold for well over an hour without anyone answering and it hangs up on us after we've been on hold. I work and don't have time to be on hold, this app it's supposed to help me with all my membership needs, it does nothing other than tell me what I already know.

Very helpful to have all your medical information at the touch of your fingertips. I love that you can set appointments and see prescriptions or referrals all in the same place.

It's amazing since i have a hard time talking on the phone i mean i make appointments and all but i like how everything is electronically now I'm more old school but this is good.

I cant login it won't even let me select lenguaje.

Easy to use and fast

greatly appreciated. getting ready for surgery and forgot my card at my house. this app helps tremendously for situations in which you lose or forget your card.

It won't get passed the language selection, I pick a language it highlights it and nothing more

it's agood app but my only problem with it, is that my son has pending referrals but it does not show under "REFERRALS". Please fix.

So easy to use and everything on your record is easy to access.

i just love it, its easy to access and you can print up a temporary card while you wait for your new one to come in the mail. thanks
