DO NOT USE THIS SERIVE. SCAM!!!!! They knew very well my visas were not going to go through because I needed approval from the government before applying for visa. They EXPLICITLY told me I will get my visas in 3-5 days and 2 days later told me it was rejected. They gave me no refund and took my $400. DO NOT USE!
This app. is run by scammers!! The phone number they display in the app. does not work and a robot replies to emails with a generic message, so you will be going around in a circles... App Store MUST remove the scam app so more people don't get robbed!! No option for 0 * Genuine companies will send a reply on App Store to people who have complaints; notice how none of the grievances published here have a reply. That should indicate to anyone contemplating to use this app. that it is a scam!!
Great option if you want to loose money. They won't respond after they receive the payment. Total frauds.
Horrible experience i submitted my viss application for oman, mine visa category is already banned for visa of oman online without sponser ,they know it but they take the fee and now they telling me that we are not able to refund it. because oman embassy not returning the amount. they are Scam pls beware

The worst company ever , you are cheaters, you took my money without getting me any visa. They refused to refund and asked me to keep my money as a credit fir future use although they mentioned that they have a refund policy. When I asked to use this credit to apply for another visa,they started to ignore my emails, no reply, no response, no action from the support team. I will give you zero stars if it was possible. I don't recomend it or advise anyone to deal with them ever.
