Latest update is TERRIBLE...! Cannot log with more than 1 device at the same time, as it used to be, the 5 preset positions are nowhere to be found, and freezes frequently...please fix all this asap !!! I see that several reviews mention the same problem about loggin with more than one device at the same time, and this is an important security matter..with previous versions this was a plus feature ! please fix this SOON its really important !! when fixed i will improve rating, hope it's SOON !!

I wonder if those responsible for this app read these reviews. The normal thing should be after an update the latest version should improve on the old one. The reverse is the case with this app: the older version are unbelievable better. 5 preset removed making it hard for fast movement, plus other complaints already tabled here.

Please go back to the old play back option where you click on which 30 minute interval you want to watch. My cameras time always messes up and it makes it impossible to watch in sequence.

Please help me. I cannot access settings or recorded sessions, it keeps telling me "Insufficient permissions" I reinstalled it, but still doesn't work. HELP

Everything was fine. Then... the update. Ever since the update the night vision won't work unless we reboot the cameras every night. Please fix this issue 😥

notifications doesn't work, when the motion sensor is activated it doesn't record nor sends notifications anymore. I wish I knew how to fix that

we use this at our office, but since the last update it doesn't allow multiple connections to a device, which makes it useless. please fix

This app dosnt give you proper notifications, you cant adjust the alarm sound because it will go back to the default.

considering the device price, it's all working fine, after the latest update, you have to re-add all the cameras in able for you to access or share it to others/relative or friends..

needs night vision off and on option because well the ir reflects off glass and is very annoying. please fix also let us make passwords to protect our ip cams please

Failure, cant open keeps asking for a password no support from email. Wasted money for the XtremPro mini bullet security camera

Working fine on my phone easy install and setup. Using app over 3 months.
