Dear last year 3rd April 2019 you have updated your app. Than again this app working but still after one year you have no updates to your app. And the again not working. No add wash program. It's really so irritated app Please do more improvement to your app. And i suggest to others people please don't purchase any smart app IFB washing machine. Thanks
Bluetooth communication is pathetic. For each n every time, I've to restart the washing machine and app to run the program smoothly.
Please do not buy IFB products. They have the worst after service and even if it is under warranty they refuse to fix it. They put it to a later date for the warranty period to get over. Very unprofessional attitude. They treat the customers as beggars. BOYCOTT IFB and do not fall in for their false offers.
OTP isnt generated. Why in the world do you need my email id or to generate an OTP to use my own machine?! I just want to wash some clothes! Terrible system
Dont use ifb products. I purchased a washing machine in Pai International Bangalaore. At the time of purchase those guys said the washing machine covers 4 years of warranty. Now in the 3rd year there is a problem in the machine, so when spoke to IFB customer care they say this product is covered only for 2 years of warranty. When asked why was it said 4 years warranty at the time of purchase, there answer is go & speak to pai international only. IFB is the number one local products company.
Very bad installation service, service person not comes even after 3 to 4 daysof purchase for installation and demo , not expected from you IFB VERY bad service , no any response from service person
After installing the app otp is not coming

Dear IFB team, I buyed 6kg ifb washing machine, but u sended 8kg cap protection cap told by your service engineer. He told that I will replace the cap, but after 5 month there is no replacement. This is a worst service from your end. I told to my native and friend's don't purchase ifb washing machine because of your negligence and bad service
this app. not giving otp four time i did but it didn't come not good
fraud customer service ifb .I still have warrenty my 7 kg machine some small problem In drum i called for service. the service man came and immediately wrote on paper 1700 rupees .. even though he didn't open the machine .. then he said 1700 for descal powder must have to buy and he said its ifb rules unless you don't buy can't do service . why I need to buy 10 packet descal powder this is completely cheeting service. I hate ifb products.

App need to improve a lot.. please include following changes. 1.after starting a cycle there should be an option to edit, for eg. I started a cycle, after that I feet to add extra rinse, currently I have to cancel or stop the program.. 2. Once the cycle finish,it take few more minutes in the app to display completed notification. Which need to be corrected 3. Once the cycle finish.there should be pop up notification saying the end of program. 4.machine should directly have child lock functi
After recent update I'm not able to use the app at all, since it now requires to receive OTP before one can use this app. But even after providing the registered mobile number to the app I do not receive OTP. And I am stuck on the otp screen only. Is there any update on this?
Worst Experience ever. This is Very loose app. There is no Updates and It took long to get otp based login and even Does not work smoothly. Worst. Do some hardwork on Apps too. Tried Many times to connect by my mobile using Bluetooth but can't and even Login process still not Completed. Because of No Otp send no login issue. Everyday it consume my 30 minutes just because of can't use smart features from this app..... Useless. I will recommend all my nearby and Friends to never Buy ifb products.
