very frustrating app. Hate the auto capture. Even manually is problematic. View when framing shot is different from captured image, which is smaller. Easier to just snail mail the check.
I pay my car loan using an outside checking account. I cannot use the app to initiate this payment, I need to do it on their website. Even then, I cannot pay directly from my outside account. I must transfer money to my IFCU account, which takes multiple days, and only then can I use the app to pay my loan from my IFCU account. It's 2018 guys, get it together.
I really like banking with DOIFCU. When I moved I thought I would need to change banks, however, with the mobile app I am able to continue banking with DOIFCU. Mobile banking has made my life much simpler.
Depositing checks is a nightmare using this app. Also need to allow for linking of different IFCU accounts. Have to write and mobile deposit from one account to another. Rediculously inconvenient and time consuming.
Love this app! I used to work for IFCU, Reston branch (1989), so I am proud of their accomplishment with this app. I now live in Pennsylvania so Mobile Deposit is my favorite. Congratulations! Awesome job!
Keeps crashing, for about a week or two the app can't get passed the login screen, app crashes and closes.
Easy to use, which is great because I don't think IFCU doesn't have any brick and mortar places except for potentially Falls Church ?!?
The only thing that would improve it is letting the person know what to write on the check before getting to the picture part so the check is ready.
Features are extremely outdated and app is not very informative or useful especially when compared to other banking or credit card apps.
The mobile check deposit is super sensitive and takes a few tries but we will be open to using the service more often in the future.

love this bill pay app. I can do it all on my phone.
Does not take either my fingerprint or my password. It only worked once at the first try. I have no idea why it cannot recognize the password that I am also using through the WEB interface. The fingerprint reader in these Android phones is bad to begin with so I am not surprised about that. Since I cannot seem to use it I cannot give a passing grade to this app.
