I recommend everyone not to go for any of their schemes. I tried to cancel my travel insurance policy from them but even after 3 weeks they are not responding appropriately. All the formalities have been done as per their policy but they stopped replying once its taken care. No way to reach them over call and mail responses are once a week and that too vague.
They should hire good technical persons to fix the bug . Every time we go for inspection the App closes automatically .
App is good enough but there are certain lags, which service team is not able to resolve. Mostly it has vehicle variant issue. Even if you select Act only, app automatically turns it into Comprehensive while moving to next page.
Unable to open app.
Very improve expected,=very simple and hard, this is no software this is hard wear😊
From last update always stop when we open this app.plz resolve earlier
Not recommended to take road side assistance from this provider as theres no sense of urgency and they raised their hands during vehicle breakdown as it doesnt fall under essential services as per them during lockdown. Not going to renew and 100% not recommended from my end
I am a Agent of IFFCO-TOKIO. AGENT NO O7000040. Branch - Kolkata (O7) Your app is not user friendly. Many disputes has arise into the app, but noone recover this. Not only that when we are trying to submitted our clients new policy then a self generated message show -"the server is not connected with your tie-up number". It is a too ridiculous!! Please fix the bugs and repair your App and server also. Otherwise business will be down in future... Shame!!
Was advised to use this app from the branch but always says mapped crmid exists and if I login also says user I'd and password incorrect. if I give forgot password also shows error message. Total waste of time with this app never helped me in anyway
when doing 1st party policy & at the moment of doing inspection of photograph the application is automatically shot down.No data is saved for this case.Kindly fix this bug as soon as possible.
No Back Button is Working. After scrolling down and if u miss something to fill above, u cant go up. Not at all user friendly. Please work on updating this app
The app has a lot of issues mainly that after filling all the details in the motor section at last it shows internal server error and we have to fill all the details again.
While making comprehensive policy it logged it out again and again at last step. Harassed at that moment and I have changed mobile also then same problem. Kindly fix the bug.
It's not meant for retail users to buy insurance online. I could not register as it asked me to provide so many details that a normal user doesn't have

Worst experience with cliam settlement ...will never go with iffco tokio Settlement process is worst You will not get complete settled amount Deduct late fees charges for claim & no prior intimation to customers They have worst surveyor people
Need more efficiency, poor for Renewal process, it's getting poor and poor
While registering it, This app is asking various data like mmid, etc. This data is not available with insurance policy. You need correct it for use by policy holder. Other wise this app do not serve any purpose to insured person
App shows new updation but could not date it show error after compleation of 98 %
Good, but with limited options. Cannot see renewal list (for specific period) can find renewal against selected vehicles only
The new update version is showing error I have re insalled 3 times still the same error
Unable to reset password, as it says username and mobile number doesn't match, even though they do.
Application is not working Properly, it has many issues, I T Team of iffco Tokio is unable to Resolve..No satisfactory answer or solutions.

Update given for bug fixing but I think update file have bugs not updating application it self.
Very harrased application Login problem, many other issues please fix as soon as possible.
Should be more flexible.Not operating sometimes.Back option should be included to use all features with one login.
Pls add: 1.Nill Endorsement 2.Renewal Celender-search from dt-XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX option and give some renewal data like-policy no,cust name,cust mobile no,exp date and Premium, (both motor and non motor) 3.All Policy Copy Download Option-all policy in my code(By giving policy no or vehicle no) 4.All non motor quatation module.
It was working great. But somehow since last few days, not able to login.. it shows some error "Update quotelist cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'twowheeler'). I contacted branch but no one knows how to deal with it. They say Uninstall and Install again, I am like done wih it..
