Buggy app I have ever used. Nothing works in the app. Even downloading my health card also doesn't work. I'm not sure why IFFCO TOKIO developed this and misleading users.
Worst verification app. I sumbitted all the document again and again. Each time verification dept called me and ask resumbit again. Very poor and unsatisfied.
Not able to renew my bike policy even on website and also on app.if you call customer care also it's not connecting very poorly built app and customer service so I changed insurance company to hdfc through phonepe
Full of bugs... - Not able to download eCards - Displays incorrect policy start and end date - User experience is really poor
Horrible app and website. It never works and the customer care says there is no other option.
I have a pending claim, for which I need to upload pictures. The app doesn't allow one to upload pictures from your gallery. My vehicle is more than 50kms away from my place. Developers should look into this and allow more ways to upload pictures. There is also no 'contact us' option in the app incase someone has an issue.
After renewing policy, the policy goes into expiry side but inside that dates are updated. Ideally it should bring it active policy display area.
Lots of bots giving 1 star and leaving bad reviews. Ive used this for all claims especially two wheels for workshop. Works like a charm. Easy and best in market. Although survey hours needs to be lessen, some claims got delayed for 24 hrs. In house surveyors needs to work faster. And to those who complain about not able to save photos. Just do all the inspection in one go and if theres any damage part, just update it dont wait for all photos at once. That way you wont face saving issues.
I expected a more evolved app. There is no provision for feedback from users. Data entered during signing up can't be updated. The list of network hospitals is also out of date. Many hospitals listed in booklet have been left out.
Worst app. Developers, atleast handle error messages properly. Very disappointing app. I was unable to add a policy from the app, it says to the policy / registration number is invalid. But I am able to do the same from the web console.
App is not user friendly. I think webview is used for loading web pages. Please remove the webview if it is there. Please update the app. Please provide a robust and High efficiency app. It is not comfortable for us to use. Always loading web pages in app which is not good for Mobile apps
It's totally waste.I can't download my own policy copy. It's just always showing no internet connection, even when I have a 4G+ internet connection. I tried many time with different internet service providers but it shows the same (no internet connection). I highly recommend not to download this app
Why I am not able to open the app as it keeps saying "Due to technical error we are unable to process your request" I don't know which kind of error it is. I wish if I could upload image in my review too. Worst app and even more worst support team.

In health policy we are trying to aad heath policy number. But still error remains same.. Very difficult to take health QCS calim in this company
Total waste app. Most of the time app options don't respond. No instructions for process & uploads. No chat or contact us form/email option. No upload option from gallery, only camera upload available for vehicle photo/video. It only kills valuable time of customer in name of app base hassel free process.
Why didn't the photos get saved while taking photos at the time of QCS. a little bit fluctuation in network, and the whole things have to done several time. Requested to kindly look into this.
This app is full of bugs. Seems released without test. It never works smoothly. Many times doesn't open at all if you use mobile network.
Interface is very poor. Not able to link policy. Login issues are there.. everytime we want to login it asks for OTP there should be smooth login by way of fingerprints or pin etc.
There is only clause OPD treatment will not approve but some operation take huge money even they not claimed process. They reject such women operation like laproscopy, IUI etc
Worst app till now. Trying since last night can't even login to the app. What the use of quick claim process through app when you can't even login. Need to check the same by your team to resolve the app error
Worst app...not able to upload the video..app throwing error to save video..i think company provides this type of facilities only for attract the customer nothing else. Nothing works
Worst experience ever with any app till date. While trying to renew an existing policy, amount got deducted but policy didn't get updated in the app nor the payment success page appeared in the app. Still waiting for confirmation of amount deducted and policy renewal.
Can't even register - doesn't accept car registration number. Don't understand why they need it as input when they have already located the policy number!
Worst insurance app that has ever existed. The app is not working since December/November 2020 and keeps displaying technical error message. Absolutely useless, you developers who have coded for this app and the ones who are maintaining it should be banned from the Google Play Store permanently due to such bad execution of this app.
Its Time to stop using this app or stop insurance... after 2 updates not able to open the customer app not able view policy not at all... always showing DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WE ARE ENABLE TO UR REQUEST... Always......!!!!!!
Worst app. No contact detail given by which we can contact them. I cannot renewed my policy through app.App is very unfriendly.we can not edit profile.App is not guiding Where to go,whom to contact in case of emergency.Please do some thing yaar.
Time waste. Q cess is the most useless thing. They'll waste your time in the name of providing settlement within 4hrs. Ultimately, you've to go for offline Surveyor. They try to discourage you in every way. Could have been much better
Worthless App.It is not meant for the purpose it is suppose to. Just wasted my time on it. It doesnt allow to upload the photos and videos for my car claim. Horrible experiance,very irritating and not at all customer friendly.
