Slow and buggy app. Some times can't even login into the app. The critical issue is transaction is not updating real time. Which is really frustrating. Please completely rebuild this app from scratch.

Need to improve a lot. Can't login. After inserting PIN twice it shows login failed. Very poor service.

UI experience is very bad. can not handle multiple accounts. Bugy sometimes crashes.

App stopped working suddenly. Without any reason it starts loading after I put my password. After a while pops up a window saying login failed.

So ugly in terms of log in . I have created my a/c today and trying to log in with the I'd and pass but the OTP was like you log in wait and half an hour later the OTP will come and then if you try login failed . Please fix the bug and by the way my I'd have been blocked too for this type of lazy server.

It’s Good, But not For everyone... Well i meant to say they had a good Security systems over there it’s really good But This must be easier to use also.so that People can Understand Every step.

Very bad app. App system is not good. Make this app like other banking apps. Add other feathers like mobile recharge and etc Like others banking apps.

UI is not user-friendly. Lots of bugs. Need to follow city touch app or EBL.

Is the app built using PWA or capacitorJS? Why dont you optimize the performance? I would suggest re-develop the app with flutter. Please fix the login issue asap.

One of the worst app I have ever seen, slow performance, I think too much work is happening in the main thread, suddenly app gets freeze and sometimes app logged me out while I do something. Please do something about the app performance and UI/UX too.

Just using this app for about 8 hours(?) yet i feel so nostalgic! 🥲 The same feeling of Windows XP, crashing right after login!🙄 Sometimes doesn't even logged in.😶 Couldn't even check all the features!😐 Such a horrible UX has made my day!😑 I am forced to play Tom with this Jerry!😿

Whenever I press card section, the app crashes immediately. Cards details must be available in the app. Also there should be more available options. App must be updating regularly to keep the app smooth and secure.

* frequent login failure. * every few minutes, logs me out saying 'sytem is busy' or something like that. * unlike many other digital banking platforms, they don't provide much facilities (at least not easy to use) for things like bill pay, nagad, bkash send money, mobile recharge etc. * both this app and the website are quite bad performance and user-friendliness wise. * the above-mentioned problems are true for this app and the website.

Very poor service from IFIC. Worst experience with this app. Too much delay in getting the ID Pass for the app, after getting the ID there is another issue with the OTP. This is not self digital getway to the app. No Bkash Facility, no utility bill payment or mobile recharge option. Another thing, this bank always have sms issues on transection. Sms services works for 1/2 week. After that you will hardly get any sms for transection like cash deposit, Even though the number provided is right.

Whenever i click on card wedget the app automatically closed and the interface of the app is very poor. There is no modern facility like mobile recharge, bill pay, bkash etc. Please try to change the interface and make the app more user-friendly.

The worst User Interface ever. It took me 5 minutes to find out the login option. They really need to change the interface. Besides, I can not transfer my money to other banks visa/master card which is really sad. I think ific should add more feature like this if they want to gain their customers satisfaction.

App is too much slow and become freeze continually. Also there is no advance like transfer money to bKash, Mobile recharge, etc. You can just Only know your account balance. Also transaction update Isn't fast. It’s take longer time to updated.

It needs update. Lot of services needs to be added. Services like bill payment, mobile recharge, credit card bill, npsb, block card, requisition of new cards. It also creates problem while loging in.

One of the worst apps in the world. One click does not work for 10 seconds. Many bug.

Aps UI is old as 90s interface. No bkash, mobile recharge, utility payment, etc facilities but they are the most demanding needs in banking aps nowadays. Better to research on other local or foreign banks aps and take the idea.

This app is very much outdated...Information is not updated regularly... To me,It only helps to know the balance. Otherwise, useless. It doesnt even show updated transactions. Very much disappointing.

It has not been updated probably for about a year. There are huge number of services that should have been added i.e. fund transfer through RTGS & NPSB, fund transfer to MFS like bkash, nagad, rocket etc., bill payment facility, mobile recharge facility etc. But the authority has paid no attention. Even new generation banks' ibanking apps are more powerfull and versatile than this funky app.

Worst Banking App used ever. It doesn't work when I need. Frequent login failure. Network issues.UI is poor. Lots of Bad stuffs to say.

The UI(theme) of the app is like 7-9years old. Please update the UI and make it look better. Also this UI doesn't help much to find what does what.
