After reading all the troubleshooting tips, my Samsung s5 can easily see vue device but fails to pair. It was free with treadmill, so not surprised. Update: Got it to pair, would only sync once then have to force stop program, clear cache and repair everyday to get it to work. Just threw iFit Vue in trash can
Horrible can't even create an account to use the product. Returning it in the morning
Constant sync errors and constantly having to reset my phone. Now it won't even let me login. Complete failure as a product.
I haven't gotten the app to work, no matter how many updates they do. I am convinced that they are running a scam at this point.
This app is not working at all, I password reset 4 times and it keep saying failed to login and the iFit vue is not syncing with the app. Negative -5 stars until they fix this.
Waste of money.. no customer service.. they just want your money then ignore u.. HRM and ivue do not do as advertised. Surprised ifit aint been sued yet for misrepresentation. I might report em to uk trading standards
I put what I eat and it says the calorie then changes it. A scrambled egg cats be almost 400 calories when a darn egg is only 70 calories. I can't find a way to go edit things I log so my calorie stuff isn't right!
Cant long in online to deactivate my account going to be livid if i get charged for this pos app that never works and keeps resetting. I am thinking about returning my ifit device all together.
First time user, just bought an elliptical, won't let me do anything, says my email is wrong, I know my email. Please address this issue
How is someone supposed to use your product if the app won't let you log in?! I received the watch as a gift, but i can't use it because i keep getting "log in failed." Fix this now

every time I go into my Bluetooth it says it was rejected by ifit
Couldn't get it to link, just didn't want to connect. Taking the stupid thing back. Don't get it.
Can't login or sign-up to be able to use the product. I'll be returning it if it's not fixed soon
I went to log in and it told me log in failed. I reset my password and got the same message. I Uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and same thing. What is going on? Any resolution would be helpful.

I used this app and ifit alot, i just got a new phone and started to wear it again and well to my findings this app no longer works, will this ever be fixed or just something we wasted money on?
This is the biggest waste of cash.
Can't get the pod to turn on
Will not always sync with my phone. Can't delete mistakes on my food log.
