I have issues getting the app to connect and update with my band. When it stops working, I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to get the app to communicate with the band. I've tried fully charging the band and performing the steps outlined when you start the app for the first time. Nothing works except uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Very frustrating.

I followed the directions on the pamphlet; downloaded the app, charged the watch to full capacity, plugged in my phone (as you would while downloading anything or updating), opened the app, sat the watch next to my phone, turned on Bluetooth on the phone, clicked on connect on the app and pronto works like a charm. Even recorded when i woke up through the night. For the price of only $30.00 plus a free app it is well worth it! Thanks for finally hanging an affordable phone with app!

Update: Erika from customer support got back to me after my second email and helped me solve the problem. Thank you!---- Initial Review: I'll give it two stars for now until the app is fixed. I've had the app and the watch for a while now, but recently, I've experienced crashes and the app will not sync to my watch anymore. I sent feedback about a week and a half ago and have seen no changes. Please fix this, I love the app and the watch, but since that update, I've noticed this.

tempted to return this thing, and uninstall the app because it's changing my weight all the time and honestly its not the best pedometer. Dont know how I went from 1903 to 2100 steps in three minutes. also, it keeps saying that its connected to my phone, but when i loom in the app it says it's not connected. This is my first night with this thing and I've reconnected it like six times.

Love the watch and app info...but, constantly has to be reloaded. I have a Galaxy S10 plus phone. Turning my bluetooth off and on tp.get progress displayed on my Android. 10/5/19: Update...not syncing...trying to connect, but doesn't. Annoying! I deleted and restarted. Still nothing. The watch works fine, just will not connect to my phone and sync.

I just bought this tracker and it will not connect to my phone. I tried unistalling and redownloading the app. I cannot get any of the reminders to work without a diconnect band message popping up. The tracker itself is fully charged and my bluetooth is on. I thought I was getting a good product that wouldn't break the bank, but right now it's uselss!

The biggest issue is that the app and watch lose connection and the only fix is to delete the memory, uninstall the app, reboot the phone, reinstall the app, and reconnect the watch. You have to do all of those steps. Luckily the watch stores my step and sleep data from previous days so when I reinstall, it reloads that data into the app.

At first the iTouch Pulse was great at Christmas when purchased, no more keeps disconnecting constantly!! I wish that it would work ss well as it when first purchased it for myself this past Christmas 2018. Continues to disconnect every day, and of today it appears to have permanently disconnected no matter how many times I've tried by even deleting the app and reinstalling to rebooting. No such luck, absolutely nothing 😡😡😡

This app and device are hit and miss. I've had them both for quite some time, battery life usually lasts around 48hrs FOR ME, that doesn't mean it will for you. There are some features to the app I'd like to see - such as a history and possibly customization for certain notifications. I think they have a lot of untapped potential. I'm rating highly because I myself have never had a problem but from what I've seen, it's about 50-50. I also use the Razer Gaming Phone but also used an iPhone 5s.

First three weeks of the app were great, last two have been awful. I get notices that it crashes, my phone is turning it off because of its crashing all of the time. It doesn't sync to the watch anymore. The app won't open. Fix the bugs and I'll reinstall!

I got this watch for Christmas, downloaded the Ifitness activity tracker app had few problems, lthen last Thursday I updated the app. My phone started sending out notifications at odd moments, with some awful clown music. I contacted my carrier thinking it was my phone, spent an hour with them trying to figure out what the problem was. only suggestion was to reset phone to factory settings. I did that. Did not fix the problem. So I uninstalled the app, problem fixed. customer service no help!

The app keeps crashing I've had this watch for about a year and started using it again I'm trying to get the notifications working on it again and the stupid app won't stay open long enough for me to fix it getting extremely annoyed the issue with the notifications at least seems to be the accessibility malfunctioning according to my phone so could you guys check it out please

Disappointed with the I Fitness App, the step figures on the app often differ from the step figures on the watch. The sleep tracker is very inaccurate, it often shows me being asleep before I have gone to bed or after I have got up in the morning. the weekly & monthly sleep graphs are useless, it does not differentiate between light, heavy and awake, just gives a total figure of the priod it has monitored.

Wish it could connect to Google Fit. It's the whole reason I wanted a smart watch in the first place. it also has bluetooth connectivity troubles. I'll replace it with a Fitbit unless the software is updated.

Causes my phone to overheat. I've installed and reinstalled the app three different times. Each time the app stops working, notifications don't come through the watch, and it causes my phone to overheat and stop working. Definitely going back to a Fitbit.

Constantly syncing, doesn't work properly and loses steps. The steps from my watch hardly match the app on my phone, and it kept losing progress. I lost weeks of progress at a time. Terrible app. I uninstalled, I'll just keep my work daily log.
