This app was great, but now appears to be non-functional/abandoned. No update in 2 years. Guides won't load, just an error message "An error has occurred while trying to load content from our servers."
What Happened? I love this app but recently when I use it I get afew steps into the directions Im looking up and the app stops responding and shuts down. I thought maybe I needed to update but it says Im up to date. Problem still not fixed, it's been nearly 3 months.
this app did not have what I was looking for under the vehicle section, I'm looking to learn how to replace or repair awnings on recreational vehicles. but it does look like it has a lot of good information for most repairs on different items.
Man, I'm really sad to see this app go. It was the best. I'm glad the website is still around, but the app was so convenient. It's been 3½ years since an update, so I guess the developer is done with it. I hope someone else comes along to pick up the pieces and make this app great again.
Ultimate Tweaker Manual. Learn how to disassemble, fix and reassemble many electronics (not just Android but Apple as well) plus stuff like toasters, TVs, DVD players, etc Awesome app that is continuously being updated on a daily basis
Do Not Install. Such a shame this app doesn't work anymore. I've been a member for a few years now and it was handy to have the repair guides on my phone next to me. But at least the website still works.
22/7/19 No guides are able to load. You will get the message "Error occurred while trying to load content from our servers." This app is pretty useless. Waste of data to download it.
Excellent resource and community for tech repair enthusiasts as well as anyone else who just wants to know how their machines work. App is laid out very user friendly like.
Was a great tool, but now it won't connect to servers and hasn't been updated in awhile. I really like iFixit tools but why did you let this tool go to waste?!
Was a 5 star app but now it doesnt work at all it constantly force closes and says it's for an older version of Android. Dont know if they're going to update the app anymore.
This is one of the first apps I install on my devices. I just found out that it was being replaced with the website. I like the layout on this way better. Please don't discontinue this app.

An wrror has occured while trying to load content from our servers.. this app has been doing this for three days now I can't get to access any repair manuals.. WHAT GIVES!!!????
developer has abandoned the app.Not an update for more than 2 years and now it crashes and can't access guide at all.
No device will load. Just get a "how embarrassing" excuse box. Guides are sporadic at best. Great idea. Lamentable execution
Worst app Ive downloaded in 3 years. Cannot access anything. Servers are constantly down. Forced me to use Google accountto sign in. Be careful, who knows what info they are stealing.

😢 so disappointed to find out that no matter what I selected, regardless of what I was connected to nothing would load but an embarrassing message.
No updates in 4 years. A real shame, worked really well when it did but now is unusable (I have a Samsung Galaxy S10).
anytime I try to go to any type of device they would tell me an error you guys need to update this app to be able to get to the things we need to fix our products just needs to be done ASAP

Just installed and can't open anything. It says can't connect to the servers. Should just delete it.
Guy I don't know why but if I try scroll on pictures the app is start lagging extremely and I can't use that. Could anybody help with this problem tried reinstall and clear the cache. Huawei p10
This was a great app but now i cant access none of the guides. It frustrating and i wish they could fix the app.

Useless. Keeps crashing as soon as you get to the step by step instructions.
The only reason I gave it two stars is because it USED to be one of the most amazing apps around. It was absolutely indispensable for little repairs here and there, and now I just get the server error. Now, it should get one star because it completely lost its functionality. Thank God the website is still around. Please re-release or update this app to bring it back to its former glory.
