Says my 4 digit code is wrong and password/ username. I haven't changed any of these. This seems to be a recurring problem at my company and everyone is fed up with the lack of help from isolved administrators.
Downloaded the app solely because there are no statements in my file since 7/2020 it is currently 3/2021. Figured I'd just take screenshots for my records - nope, that's not allowed either. It's my information, I should have allowances to do with it what I choose.
The app looked very promising, but now isn't working at all. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, so with no luck. Hopefully once an update is released I'll actually be able to use it.
It has authentication issues. Was able to log in on PC but not with app using same credentials
New to this app. When i try to use camera to "Scan for eligibility" it says error while opening camera. Does anyone have this problem and did you find a way to fix this issue? Also if it helps im using a Note 10 plus with the app.
Horrible. Can't use my card at Lenscrafters! I'd have to pay out of pocket then have them reimburse me. This isn't the first time that a place hasn't taken my card either. Horrible, just horrible. What's the point of an fsa if I still have to pay out of pocket???
The eligible expense scanner does not work at all. Never picks up any barcodes no matter how long I hold it or where I hold it.
You should consider adding the ability for users to attach PDF receipts to claims, not just photos.
This app is having an authentication issue. I can login via website but I'm having an issue with the app.
It works for a while then it re ask me for my password and won't let me back in Isolve is worthless they need a better system now I can't log back in
Can't login... Uninstall three times waited a week reinstall and still can't login.
They fixed the login issue a while back, it's a pretty helpful app!

Not connecting ...
Decent interface, but it crashes constantly on to devices I've tried it on. Takes 3-5 tries to file a single claim. Need to re-enter PIN constantly. Highly frustrating.
The camera is flipped when using the app to take a picture of a receipt. Please upgrade the app to use the camera2 API.

I cant change password in the app. The app keeps stopping.
I prefer using thisnapp over using the website. My only gripe is that the upload receipt button takes you directly to the acmera app. It would be useful for it to allow me to attach an existing file on my device or from cloud storage.
Simply doesn't work. Thought it was bad enough that the web service makes me reset my password thru my email every time I want to check my pay stub but I can't even get this app to log me in at all.
