VIP Yearly renewal but unable to watch as it keeps stating that my VIP expired. Have to contact customer service but takes a long time to resolve. All given options was to clear cache, restart device, reinstall apps, etc which is not the solutions at all. Used to be very friendly user but now it's frustrating to use this apps. I this year 2023, it happens to me the second time now.

The app has improved a lot since the last time I used it but it became super laggy. Plus, the delayed subtitles are annoying. Hope you can solve this problem coz this app is so cool plis it's also free!

Way too many ads which you can't even skip. To open one video, you need to watch 3 ads that are more than 10 seconds. Always error and say bad internet connection while playing video eventho i have no problem with internet connection actually. Everytime it's error, i must watch 3 ads AGAIN. Just imagine how many time i waste just to watch ads. I know it's free and ads help you to earn money but this is too much. Really bad streaming app.

My phone shows there is an update available. When I clicked to update, an error message appeared and cannot update.

The advertisements are soooo loooooooong.. If I accidentally skip to different movie, need to watch the ads back again? Some movies even require VIP to watch. Why? Edit: I am now asked to subscribe VIP to see the movie? Thanks for nothing..

I have notice something not about downloading a movie or a series with this app, When downloading 30% of the used data is going to be wasted, why Iflix?? Not everyone can afford much internet data and going just to waste.

This app is not good the video did not have a subtitles all of videos does not have subtitles I can't understand what they're saying.

Bad experience it always bug the subtitle always didn't appear,wrong spelling and delay sub it also always have voice bug You need to fix the subtitle i dont care about ad coz sometime it not show ad

The subtitle sometimes doesn't come up, must refresh the film, and the advertising will come up again, so frustrating

I love this app, because it can help me have fun, fill my time, provide entertainment, motivation and other parts as well

The app is great but I like the oldest version more because me and my sister can watch a great series or movie in it but the thing is the other K drama are in VIP I only can watch the non VIP :(

This app is great but can you add the oldest pokemon series and i found some bug in the app please fix it.

I loved the old version of Iflix. I hate this new version. Now, it's pretty difficult to find movies or shows that I like. And it keeps on lagging even tho my internet connection is fine. It's annoying. Bring back the old Iflix.

So I've been trying to use this app for a long time now. But whenever I stream anything, all I can see is a black screen with the audio. I tap to watch a show, then again, all black, but I can hear the audio perfectly. It's weird that whenever the ad starts everything is okay, the ad has perfect video and audio. But as soon as the show starts, the same thing happens again.. Please solve this issue, so that at least I can use this app or at least respond! :)

It WAS a great app. i had an excellent experience while im using this app . i could watch movies without loading maybe because of the connection that I have. the quality of the movie is high but after 2 weeks,i could still watch movies but there is something wrong with the quality of the movies that im watching.its blinking from the top until the end also with others. so its painful to eyes that I couldnt even look at it. i tried to uninstall it and install again to see if there is an improvement

The apps need to improve on the streaming connection. There are times where the connection is really bad that I gave up and switch to Netflix instead. A lot that you guys need to learn from Netflix. Also, to make things worst, the ads on the phones version. I don't get ads on my TV but I do on my phone. Annoying especially when the streaming is bad. The show needs to reload again and again and sometimes fails. And why do I get ads when I am paying my subscription?

I have used Iflix for many months now, it's cheaper than Netflix and shows local and international shows as well. I choose to subscribe Vip and paid rm10 per month, so that no advertisment in any of the video that i play. it is affordable and it's UI is easy to use. I loved the variety of shows. But if they can add newest movies show, it will be the best! i am willing to pay more if they have this option.

Some movies are extremely soft volume! That's real stupid app because I cannot download it out from this app to my desktop! Not many good choices of movies! Megabox is still the best for downloading movies and I could transfer from phone2desktop and watch them anytime. Oh one more stupid feature while watching I cannot control the volume. That's ridiculous! More ridiculous it resets itself to restart if I left it to idle for even 5 mins. I have to recall history. This programmer is really dumb!

I don't like iflix for many reasons. I have consistent 20~30 Mbps download speed but still have random buffering while watching shows. Some films doesn't have subtitles. Appearance/style of subtitles can't be changed. Limited library of films and shows. Expiring licenses of good shows. But mostly dislike the buffering. No point watching if it won't even play.

Hmm, it seems that there's an annoying bug. The screen turns blank when I make the video player fullscreen, but the video still plays. But it's just fine if it wasn't maximized. I've been having this problem for a while now, but it seems it's not been fixed yet. Please do something about this. Playing from Honor Play running EMUI 9 Android Pie.

Its good to have an app that offers free to watch great movies and tv series!!! They have both old and new programs to choose from. Its not mandatory to subscribe, not unless you want full access to their vip's. I was able to watch some of the movies and tv series that i missed. Ads are reasonable so i dont mind if they have it in betweens. Two thumbs up for this great app!

I really appreciate that it can download the movies or even the series at a high quality video. In terms of the software I have never experience bugs so I had a good experience there but the thing I want you to improve on is to keep adding more series and movies because some of them are not there. In addition on the series,please do ad more anime because it would be great to have one. Lastly,I like the price of the subsciption deals keep it that way.

Ads don't have to be annoying to catch attention. Ads are ideal for free streaming services and I think it should be the norm. But ads playing at weird places constitutes bad experience. Especially, when ads play on top of the videos causing me to miss some parts! Going back to those parts sometimes mean having the ads playing on top of it again. How frustrating!

Most of the movies here are old and not interesting. Homepage is full of Korean dramas and the ads start to get annoying. I would tolerance one ad but this is even worse than yt. Plus the downloaded videos only last for 2 days after you watched it the first time and i think it's a waste of data to download it again. The downloaded videos should also be saved permanently in the phone memory so that we can watch it on a different video player.

Last time I used Iflix it was still best app for watching movies & dramas. But then when updates coming different version appear and it's just much worse than before. I used to be can easily find what i wanted to watch coz I can choose from genre etc and it was specifically listed. But now.. everything is a mess..!! I want my older version of Iflix back..!!

This app is fine overall but there is too many ads and it's really bothering me. I know it's a free app for movies but the ads is basically giving you money as we watched it. It's not like I don't appreciate the movies but I want to watch movies/dramas in peace. Also I am broke that is why I'm a bit pissed off, hahahaha. Anyways, thank you for the high quality movies! Except for the ads! Reduce it!

I'm so pissed that I had this on auto-update. The new version is NOT user-friendly!!! There's no fullest screen, I can't double-tap to skip/return 10 seconds, the brightness/volume screen adjustment is so touch sensitive, and the search bar gives irrelevant videos. Also, when I'm going to watch a DOWNLOADED video, there will be an ad if I'm connected to the wifi, unlike before. Fix this PLEASE.
