Liked it but you cant rate the restaurants.... changed my mind cuz now i cant sign into this stupid app all of a sudden...stupid
Great app , the only problem i have faced is that there is not that many choices in some places.
Always the delivery is late Also why should i add my address on this app then bother myself give it again everytime i do an order using it, not user friendly at all

They delivered to the wrong address, and put the blame on the restaurant even though the adress comes from their system :) and I didn't get a call to confirm my adress either
Needs improvements. The app keeps stuck (no success ) when I try to repeat previous orders.
Convenient to an extent. Needs work. Calling for directions defeats the purpose of online ordering. A few glitches here and there need ironing out.
It's a very good app. Just needs more fixing for search. Rating of restaurants is very important. So it's a must to add rating as a notification after receiving the order. Something else.. I hope in the future that you would have your own delivery cars. So that we can place different orders from different restaurants and that they reach all toghether at the same time.
It is a good app but needs some improvement. For example: you can't search the restaurant or the menu
Its a good application for us who don't know how to cook But kind of expensive in shipping fee
The drivers don't know the place and call many times. Even though I already put easiest landmark and I need to walk there

The app is very impractical. Freezes and crashes alot.
The driver calls once or twice to ask for the address! What is the point of submitting your address if the driver calls again and again. Shouldn't he read the address and go? Or use GPS
Good idea, but the ability to change items, get it to your house and understand what it is you're ordering....not so good.

some restaurants dont take delivery money if you called them but if you order from the app it say delivery fee = 1.000 jd ? so why shoulf i order from here if i can order by calling them and save 1 jd ??
very good , but needs to be improved for those who say that the delivery man calls once or twice to ask for the address it's obvious that it's his fault not the app's fault but i think a list of favorites can be very helpful and maybe if we could add notes to the order , the app would be much better
