Igbo Calendar
The four market days that make up "ofu izu" (one week) in Igbo traditional calendar system are very significant in Igbo communities especially when fixing traditional events and cultural ceremonies. Any Calendar that can assist to determine the Igbo Market Day of a future date becomes handy and an important planning tool.
To make this calendar app lively, it has been built to resemble wall calendars used in homes by displaying Igbo themed beautiful photos. Some photos are accompanied with proverbs for propagating Igbo culture and knowledge.

Nice App but please disable the pictures from your server so that I can make use of the pictures in my system. Thanks
This app is very very good. Most people complained about the background pictures. But you can change and upload your own pictures of memorable events each day. I believed, that was d developer concept.
Would give this app zero rating if possible. What the heck are those pictures in the background? I mean, pull this damn app down and fix up! How could one have an app for the public and then use people's pictures from his/her phone as background pictures? The most annoying part is that you can't even change it.

would have been a nice app, but the developer destroyed it with the irritating background pictures. When you go back in time, the dates are inconsistent.
Good. However, I sugest; 1. develope further enable one add events, alarm, and reminders, 2. develope an Igbo keyborad to go with the calender, 3. Add Igbo cultural events inbthe calender, 4. remove and replace these pictures with historical igbo landsmark and personalities. Thanks to the Developer, may God be with you. A very nice App. Please, kindly DISABLE this option which allows users to affix their pictures for display. Rather, enable an option which may allow pictures to be changed from device media.
The day u need to know our local market days, then u will know how important this app means, I have been searching for it. Thanks to the developer. You have solved a local puzzle. A lot of persons are not aware of this canlender. I use it to check for Bush market days.
It's a very nice App. It's just that I don't like the background image. It doesn't look professional. Please try and change that picture and put up a better picture to make it look nicer.
It is a good app but a lot of work meed to be done. It failed to open dates before August 1974 I wanted to know a market day in 1971 but it stopped at August 10th 1974.
Actually accurate but the family pictures you put there is not educating at all,,,,,, To get award on this app use cultural pictures or history in background and you will have more than 5 🌟 star rating
Good app but the pictures are personal business,rather use pictures or images from land marks, notable areas within igbo extraction.
Nice App indeed, it gives me what I am looking for, but it's just their preferred pictures are in the background, please update and make it a professional app with educating Igbo pictures thanks.
Who's interested in looking at those people you used as a background picture? The app would have been wonderful but for the family members and the village people of the developer he used as the background. What do they have to contribute to the app?
Very wonderfully exact ! The entire monthly days are laid bare for convenience. None so far is better than this particular App. Clearly merits 5 STAR'S RATING !!
Why i gave them 5, Because is the only igbo app with accurate date in igbo. Because is easy to operate ,no adds or pop up. Concerning background picture you can change it to your taste,like mine carries my picture. Igbo bu Igbo mma mma nu oo.
This is a very good app. Am personally grateful, but I think the images should reflect diverse ibo cultures and tradition.

The app is okay but it needs captivating igbo name to replace November 19 as well as display numbers in igbo numeric not in English.

Greatest ancient calender need to be updated with latest version attached with biafra flag logo and efficient fastest browser ever with high pix quality it's our own ( nkeaa but nke anyi)

This is a wonderful app for me. It will definitely help me not to miss my community youth's monthly meeting when am free to attend.
Nice app but how can one upload his picture and it will be displayed on other people's screen. It's not ideal. The developer need to look inside it and if possible, give an option to delete added picture. I thought the picture was meant to display only on my phone not knowing that it went to the app server. Please show me how to remove or delete the picture. I don't want it on the server.
