* Your exercise data must be interlocked with IGI Life / Window Takaful Operations Vitality app. Your data in the wearable devices such as Samsung, Fitbit, GARMIN or Polar can be interlocked with the Health app for iOS.

Extremely bad applications, full of bugs. Complicated and difficult to use. Samsung health step counter suddenly stops counting steps. As per my initial observation it record 30 t0 35 % less steps as compare to other such applications. IGI has launched this with out proper prepation, their contact center is unable to guide the customers and to fix the bugs. IGI should have internally linked this with Samsung rather other available applications like Google Huawei etc.
It's good,but every year stop when you complaint then it's open again.
Never had I ever seen a trash app like this, log in error continues for days to weeks. No particular reason, it just shows, log in error, try again. And guess what u can spend whole day trying again, it would still not open.
I am useing igi life vatality 2019-01.25 version and was working all ok. Now i tried to update it. it got updated but when i open it, it was not opened and displayed this massege " this device is not allowed to run this app." pl. guide me to solve this.problem.
Synchronization problem for FitBit, I'm in very trouble to achieve week targets. Please provide manual sync button for that as same for Samsung health.
application only sync 1 time after installation. it does not update the activity afterwards. syncing problem. please help
Not good/ My 5 vouchers collapsed due to app reset by IGI, why? And again error from last 3 days. (please login again, an error occurred while trying to login, please try again.
Best way to save your money with handsome premium. IGI is only looking forward for clients problems and queries. And for healthy life period.

This is going to be rewarding me for being active as well. This App is updating my physical activities to earn cashback benefits on Samsung Galaxy Watch. Vitality Health & Nutrition Reviews are mind blowing AI. The "Idea of Vitality" is indeed very different from traditional life insurance. I am focused & active now 🕊

Excellent initiative by IGI Life to launch Vitality in Pakistan, I am greatly thankful, as I have seen this life enhancing insurance product is very popular in Canada, USA and Australia. I am really excited to get weekly rewards in shape of Food Panda and Movie vouchers along with free samsung S3 watch and 18% yearly Vitality bonus, wow... Let's walk.

Plz link your app with some other app for redeeming vouchers. Easyticket app is not working fine. Plz resolve matter, otherwise vouchers are getting useless.
