I've just stopped using this service. Today i logged in to catch up on guest reviews to find out that is now a pro feature that i have to upgrade to get. I never used the automated feature because it never worked. It had a nice list of reviews that needed to be written and i just submitted then manically. Like I'm going to pay for an automated feature that doesn't work. Not sure why the functionality for manually submitting them was taken away too. I'm not paying a monthly fee to do it manually.
Good app, unreliable notifications. We get notifications inconsistently and the most annoying part is that sometimes the (loud) notification sound ignores do not disturb mode so we get woken up often. Quite annoying
Very slow to load. Very slow to notify of messages. Often shows alerts for a ton if old messages at once. Can't edit bookings properly on the app.
Constantly out of order, can't open app. This time can't get it work by cheat cache, clear data and even reinstalling. Which means must use this app along with Airbnb app otherwise won't receive messages once it plays.
App loading time is very slow. Notification delayed most of the time. Overall it is not a good application. They need to optimized.
Useful app. Improved calendar and ability to tailor many messages. Saves us so much time.
Terrible app, just a mod of the mobile site which mostly doesn't work. The quicker the app is properly built the better.
Cannot log in, despite same account details and password as desktop version
Perfect tool for hosts running multiple properties and for cleaning companies needing Organizing regarding cleanings for staff. Excited to see this software come out with new features in the future.
This is important software but it has technical issues in that it sometimes fails to load.
Missing half the features of the Apple version.
This app is not working on multi calendar
Requires a large download every time the app is opened.
Desyncs with Vrbo and double books over reservations.
Oh boy all the links from the opening menu are broken, not a good sign

awesome app..very easy to navigate.
We never get notifications of new bookings even though they are all turned on in the settings. Refresh needs work. Can't go back to global view once I've clicked on an individual room, I have to go to multi-calendar to see the overview. No back button?
