Ignite by Hatch

Just did the update today and it won't let my child play. It gets to the "please select a door", he selects then it says "please wait" where it then kicks him back to " touch your picture". It doesn't matter if there are 60 new games when your child can't even get on. Very frustrating. Tried several different devices and it's all the same.

Why lie on the rating I see more 1 stars than 5 stars and don't respond saying sorry fix the problems!!!! A 1 800 number will not fix bugs in app

I am a teacher and parent, I need this app for my students I was able to download it successfully on my desktop, iPad and galaxy phone for use. At first I experienced difficulty on the desktop, I troubleshoot via telephone with the hatch tech, now I can access the hatch anywhere. In my opinion the hatch is an excellent educational program which, while children are digitally engaged learning is taking place

This is great. It's been hard to keep my son educated and entertained while I need to work as well. We just downloaded and installed the app and he is loving it. I'm listening to the audio and it is cute, funny, educational, and engaging. Thank you so much for making this. 1 minor request is that you work on password manager integration; I tried to login with dashlane and it kept clearing the input

This app is useless. It says to go to the website to add a child when first starting. I added my child on the website but it didn't transfer over to the app. And tech support was no help. Neither was the support faq page. I wouldn't reccomend this app to anyone. We started using the khan kids academy app and so far it has been great.

I'm a parent using this application because it's the one her school is using. Some days it works fine and some days like today it said my password was incorrect so I reset it and it still didn't work. So I uninstalled it and reinstall it back only because it's what her school requires, otherwise I wouldn't be using this app. As of now I'm not impressed with this app. I got two other app that teaches things but in different ways and they're better than this

It's letting me login threw the portal to see the progress but everytime I login threw the app for my child to play it won't load and it says bad connection when I know it's not cause every other app I have loads just fine just having trouble with it today 😒!!!!

Difficult to navigate as an educator. Difficult for my families to use as the minimum device requirements are far greater than their devices! Needs a lot of changes to really be worth it!

Does not let me log in with email and password given by the school. Emailed several days ago with no response

We were doing well with the app for the first week or so, then it locked us out. My daughter really liked the games so i hope the bugs get sorted out.

As a teacher and a guardian, this app is not good. I've had parents say their child can't get three stars because the game restarts after playing a level. And why does it have to be connected to the internet now? It didn't last school year.

So far we've had nothing but trouble with Hatch on two different devices. Finally got my sons tablet to work yesterday and today my daughters isn't working. Her's logs in then just shuts off and goes back to the homescreen.

Can someone please tell us how to log in to this app. This is so frustrating and my daughter needs it to connect to her class.

The app doesn't even open on the tablet for my daughter to use only on my phone so very inconvenient.

I love it my son is four years old he loves it he know how to use it he know how to navigate through it he's learning so quickly from the app

The screen keeps going black and I have to keep logging my child back into the app..

Can't even log in, keep getting kicked out at log in.

Loads slow and kicks us out of the app.

How do I download this on my kindle fire? I don't want to give my phone to my 5 year old, but my kindle he can use. Ill give it more stars when I can use it.

There is no logout option to end the activity.

U get one star because i cant even get started there is now way to create a new account

I haven't even gotten to us this with my twins because it does not want to load past 60%
