I am not able to login into the app as my enrollment number has 10 digits. It is accepting only first 9 digits. While selecting course, dropdown is not appearing. Showing as course not available in the list. It seems lack of coordination between the developers and institute. Please do coordinate and resolve the issue. People who are joining now to the courses are technology driven and willing to take the advantage of this facilities but this is not happening due to this type of issues.

Just awesome app for all the solution if you won't be able to find drop down menu after putting your enrollment no. You can put it manually and make sure that your web connection is pretty good after that you can all the things together in this app like results,grade card registration status etc.
it has some bugs and UI glitches in this app, 1. Announcements aren't updated as compared to website 2. can't download hall tickets from within the app (says enrollment number is not found) 3. UI can be improved further ( material tabs instead of icons would looks more standard ) 4. A section for examinations should be there. 5. contact us screen needs improvement (call directly from the app by clicking the number and other contact details should be there)
I've tried a lot of times to install this app but after installing it shows a message like this app can't be open , and closed automatically. Don't know how to fixed this. It's really horrible app
Sir, enrollment number for calender session 2002 is of 10 digit no, whereas previous enrollment is of 9 digit. Kindly do make changes so that we can access the app. Otherwise it is of no use at all.
This App must be improved, When i searched Material Dispatch Option it is showing previous years details. please update it and make UI more consistent, user friendly,and an option to Download Student ID Card online.
Useless app. There is no update of the data university processed periodically. Announcement pinned is one year old. It's good for only the developers. They collected lakhs from university to develop very basic app and disappeared from the responsibility. There no data update, no program update, nothing. Pathetic situation.
It's not accepting enrollment number only to login. How is it made from the countries one and only open University! If you want to improve the quality of distance education, you must make its admission and completion process very easy. Please do improve 🙏🙏🙏
Not working in my phone from last two days. It opens- shows menu, nothing further no any details like registration or grade card nothing. I have reinstalled it many times but no improvements.
This app is not accepting Enrollment number of 10 digits, only 9 digit is been accepted not more than that. Please solve our query ASAP as we are still waiting for our course material, in the mean while i can operate this app. but couldn't. Even i have registered my complain GST has raised long time back but still not resolved by your end.
Login page ( first page is not working ) unable to login . dropdown menu of program not shown even when written manually login failed. I read other people problems they all are having same problem please take these comments seriously and do something or you can change your app developer simply.
Worst app ever in education sector, no useful information available and in most of the pages its shows "Server Error in / Application" or stays on the same screen like nothing has been clicked. Ignou is one of the reputated organization, atleast it should have a good informatic website and mobile app in which a candidate can get all ingormation related to registration, exam, books etc. I found so many apps and website in the name IGNOU because IGNOU site & app dont have all information.
Not able to put enrollment ID, It allows 9 digit where enrollment number comes with 10 digit. Kindly look in to it, and fix the bug at the earliest.
My enrollment number is of 10 digits, but the app takes only 9 digits as maximum input in the enrollment number text box. Not able to login due to this. Such a pathetic technical team who developed this app.
Cannot even log in let alone use the app!!! The date of birth required at log in cannot be entered without which its not possible to log in. Tried downloading an app for ignou for the first time and this will probably be the last time.
improve the app,could not open with the DOB and ENROL.NO ,which is also mentioned in the ID card which I downloaded .so, there has to be a problem with this app which needs to be sorted out soon .
the app is not working properly.it's program option is not working as well as it doesn't axcess the enrollnment no. and i had tried more time every time it shows that my enrollnment no. is not found
Useless app. None of the registered students can login. And the university doesn't give a damn. Despite so mant feedbacks -the persists problem persists.
I can't even login in to this app. Its not allowing me to enter my 10 digits enrollment number. Its allowing only 9 digits of the number, leaving out one digit evertime. Kindly solve this issue please.
I have been using it since 2018. It's easy and helpful to get all the information at one place. Kudos, to the aap developers!
Not a good app. Totally waste unable to login with my enrollment number. Program section not show any drop down list. If we manual type rather than not login..
App doesn't work properly... on announcement it says the last date of Re Registration for July session is 31st may 2019. where's on the ignou. ac.in says Re Registration extend to 15 th July 2019. App is not Update the announcement, that's why ❓
Actually it doesn't even deserve single ⭐, i am a student of ignou and i feel ashamed that such big institutions are unable to provide simple services. Please do something, improve the app, this will improve the relationship with students.
This app doesn't even work properly. Even dispatched material tracker is dysfunctional. This app doesn't serve any purpose it has been made for , worst app ever !!
Too old , must need to update it ,you are providing your students 10 digit enrollment number but their is no option for 10 digit enrollment number, waaaaaw!!! Great, you are just great ignou..,
App is non-responsive on the login page itself. I downloaded the app, installed successfully, but when I type my enrollment number on the login page; there is mandatory selection of "program" - at this stage the App is non-responsive and the drop-down menu options doesn't show. Even if the program name is written manually still the login cannot be processed further. Due to the above problem, i could never login. Developers, please resolve.
