Apps looks good but only one thing to be fixed. Each time it asks to login even after registering touch id.
App keeps changing date of service. I double check and triple check before submitting (I even take screenshots), but after I submit, the date keeps changing. Last month, my childcare claim kept getting declined because of this problem with the app. I was hoping the issue was resolved, but same thing is happening again this month. Please fix ASAP!
Decent app, but major pain points are denial reasons not listed for purchases. ALSO, No reasons are given when your card is blocked and rather annoying to be denied without notification that the card cannot be used. This type of transactional rejection feed back to the client would be extremely useful if there is an issue so it can be resolved. I dont know why my account has been blocked, or if a reciept has been uploaded.
The whole point of the app is submit claims through it. However, I keep getting error messages telling me I cannot connect to the servers. Yet my other apps work just fine. Once this gets fixed my rating will change.
The application doesn't easily show what is the year an transaction is taking effect. In my unfortunate case, the app must have defaulted to the wrong plan year causing me to lose almost $700. The app should have a way to see and review the plan year in question. To make matters worse, is that the representative I spoke to from company was unwilling to correct the mistake.
Completely third rate. I love entering my password every thirty seconds. They've found the only way to make flexible spending accounts worse. I'd give a rating of zero stars if I could.
Terrible experience. Can't load certain kinds of documents. You can only load one image for a claim. The status never tells you what's going on. Definitely not user-friendly. My claims continue to get denied and I don't know why. The company hasn't put any resources into improving the experience. I only use it because I have to.
It is a good app, fairly easy to use. However, it is annoying that you can't save your password on it, and that the password has to be so convoluted.
Convenient having access to our FSA in an app. Makes it easier to submit claims by taking a picture of the receipt. Overall the app has good functionality.
The app and the internet service are horrible. Worst flex benefit provider I've ever used. They're not accessible 50% of the time. They make it as hard as possible to get your money.
Still show only 2018. Now is 2020. Always received an email to check the account online and nothing updated. What is going on?
Works but.....the scanner doesn't seem to work at all on my Galaxy Note20 phone. Won't scan at all.
Love this app! It let's me see all of my expenditures, claims and what I have remaining for the year.
If I can't perform pref edits as in the online version, then it's not useful. That's the case here.

Can't login mobile app but no problems online from computer. I have to login via mobile by 4/23/18 or I'll need to re-register my whole account. I'm sure that'll be extra pain!

Login works on web but not in app.
You can't sign up for a new account via the mobile app and the login info is totally different from the website. What you can do as a workaround is sign up via an iOS device. Then you'll have an account that you can login with for the Android app. The login for the Android app works fine but registering a new account gives the Object error that the other user describes.
Why create an app if the first futon, login, is completely broken? Even trying to register with the same information as online account, gives various errors.
Really clunky. Can't transfer to investments or view HSA investments from the app. One of the worst HSA applications I have ever used
