The customer service is worse. They don't resolve your issues even after contacting them twice..worst possible user experience.
Worst App. There is no cancel button after you place order and also the items are over priced compared to other sites .
I enjoy the choices here, very personalized and different from what we get outside. Easy to customize the gifts as well. Very good packing and on time delivery always. The UI could be a little faster and better as sometimes we miss the items we were looking at and we need to scroll right back from the top.
It's a wonderful app to buy the gifts for all occasions.. hope for having many more varieties in future
It's a good application. But, I would suggest to make it more smooth and user friendly. As, when opened a specific product and needs to go back to the previous page or main page, it goes in loop. Second, if try to place an order and there is some changes to make it again goes in loop or repeat the previous few steps. Thus, interfere in smooth process of placing order or browsing products. Hope to see a newer and better version of the application. Good Luck
Very bad experience. The collection is beautiful. But it is the most user unfriendly app ever. Navigation is horrible and it really test your patience. If somehow you manage to reach upto the order placement page, none of the payment method works. Neither wallet mode nor net banking. Whole day wasted in choosing gift if finally you cannot place order. Igp seriously improve your app experience.
Since latest update, app is crashing, not able to open
Very bad experience .. Ordered a gift ( Order # 6932051 dt 13.05.22) for my Daughter's birthday on 16.05.22 .. but the gift hadn't been delivered on that day.. Very much disappointed with their service. What s the use of a birthday gift after birthday .
Everytime I try to open the app,it crashes
The collection is good. But I have a major concern with this app. I have made an order and trying to track since then .. as soon as I click on track the app crashes and I have to open this again. Somewhere I saw the chat floating button and click it. I was talking and to give more details I pressed back button to check in app. Now that chat button itself is gone. I somehow found the option of contact us. the products slider is overlapping with the form it's really bad experience.
Great options but the app is way too slow!!
Choices are good, I loved this more than archies and ferns and petals honestly. Great prices as well, lot of options and products on offer too. I loved it. But your app is not that great to deliver the experience, hangs a lot and not that great user experience offered. But i guess i can slide that for now for yhe products and prices offered
I am not satisfied with my experience. I had placed an order on 6th September, 2020 and now I wish to cancel the same. Neither the website nor the app provide an option for the same. I have tried to contact the customer care, but, to no use. Their numbers are always busy and no one attends the same. I have also written emails, but, none of them have been replied to. For me it is important that the order is cancelled urgently, however, the service is really lax. Kindly look into the same.
It's an impossible app to use. I've no clue about the status of my order because they haven't bothered to communicate anything, moreover, when I try to contact them through the app, images of their products keep popping up and make it impossible to type out anything as they cover all the supposedly mandatory fields. Nobody answers on their contact number. The tentative date of order delivery is today and the order hasn't even been dispatched yet. Will never order again from them.
The app can be a little better. UI is slow. There should be options to customise flowers like if i want to mix lilies and orchids. There is no option for that. Otherwise it has good quantity and quality of things. I am using IGP for a long time now.
I have used this app before , item quality was very good and everything was very easy to use..but now I'm not able to change address , upload pics for customize gifts . I'm not able to order anything and customer support is very bad , the given contact no.is not reachable and they don't reply on mail..
It stopped opening in my phone.
Its a terrible site & app for confirming & tracking your order status. I liked a few gifting options from their FB promo & decided to buy one. Upon completing the payment process, i got a 'successful payment' notification on their payment gateway (razorpay) & also a confirmed debit notification from my bank. Despite this the site doesn't show any record of this transaction! My order page is empty & the product is still reflecting in my cart, still showing me the option to proceed to check out!
Work on app it's not smoothly working
I take my previous review back. I feel there are some serious scope of improvement, however the products listed on their portal are really good and affordable. The major issue is their customer care nos, both of them are not working. If you want to contact them, I would suggest contacting them through Facebook, they are more prompt on fb. My products have been delivered and in good condition, they were delivered a few days later than promised, but that's manageable.

Pathetic service. Bought a necklace from here but after getting it delivered the product was very different from the picture. I mailed them for return. They never came and later I got a message saying the pick up address was wrong. Well if the product was delivered by you giys how can the pick up address be wrong. Every time I amil them they say that it will be resolved in 24 hrs. Never got my refund and no ome came for pickup. Go for other apps/ sites guys. they are a scam
Had a very pathetic experience, please do not use this app. The online tracking system will not show the exact time of delivery plus they change the order completely. I had ordered for 2 dark chocolates (plus other gifts) they changed it to 1 Dairy Milk & the customer care team was giving a reimbursement with a gift voucher of 20% so that I keep using the app inspite of such bad experience. I would not recommend this app to anyone
My experience with this app was really good Delivery was pretty fast except the fact that delivery was 2 days late than the expected day but that's acceptable.. Only problem was with the costumer care service although calling service is fine but there were no replies to my emails .... Overall it was a very nice experience, shopping with IGP... You can always track your order (as they directed the delivery to bluedart so they have a nice tracking system)..
It's really wonderful app for gift to anyone. And talking about loyalty and delivery it is best part if you give correct details than definitely it will be on time. I am really happy because my friend get his gift after upgrading correct details as it haven't reach on right time because of address issue. They never confuses you on call they just give right information about delivery status, soft spoken person and listen to you camly. Gift is right according to price. I really loved it.
This app is a scam. I had already placed my order and then it cancelled it and when I contacted the customer service they said that the product is particular product is out of stock so they cancelled. So why do you take the order in the first place if you meant to cancel it.
Worst experience ever...I ordered the gift and product is still not delivered. It's more than 15 days now. In tracking information is also wrong. They never contacted the recipient, but in trackung it's shown that product is out for delivery but failed to contact customer. When I called there was not explanation except sorry. And this false tracking information was on multiple dates. This is the gifting site and we can't expect this much delay. This was the worst experience I have ever faced.
I wasn't sure if the products were added into my cart or not, and I lost it alot whenever i did a "go back" selection. Also the search feature didn't reflect the cake I was searching. Apart from these 2, the app was awesome. Easy to navigate.
Extremely bad and disappointing experience. Wanted to book a baby shower cake. But apparantly nothing is deliverable in my location even though i live in kolkata a metro city. Would be great if you can please have the basic common sense to mention in which cities you deliver and the ones where you don't. Would save a lot time.
