As a software development professional, I can tell you that this application is not user friendly, nor is it intuitive. Multiple restarts required by the cycling computer in order to get it to sync with the app. User documentation could be clearer. But I'll gladly give it 5 stars if you could just get the device to sync up reliably!

I really enjoy my GS320 but BT paring with android phone and syncing after every ride is really annoying! BT connection cannot be established and I guess this is something app have to do with. I have to reset the connection from GPS and then do a first time pair with the phone. That s quite frustrating! Will be so nice to have it fix it, it s a shame that app and gps have plenty of functions and they are acurate but the sync problems..

Since my cell phone upgraded to Android 12, training activity auto-sync is not working (I'm using IGPSport IGS620 ciclocomputer). I'm not sure if it is app or ciclocomputer issue, because IGS620 Wi-Fi auto-sync isn't working too. P.D.: I'll update review if this issue is fixed.

Up to version 6.7.1 the app worked Ok. It synced correctly with my device (IGS618) and also synced with Strava. But since v6.7.3 the app doesn't even open. It just hangs forever at the orange opening screen and has to be forced to close. I had to downgrade to a previous version installing the v6.7.1 APK from another site, but it's an annoyance and a dangerous procedure if the APK comes from a non trusted site, as Google Play doesn't allow to downgrade to previous working versions (a MAJOR problem, as well). Rating lowered to 2 stars until this is fixed. Hopefully soon.

Please make it open source so we can fix the gigantic number of bugs. Nothing works in this app Sending routes: Rarely works Maps: "Wait for the next update" ?? Workouts: "Request timed out" Syncing activities: "Poor connection, please try again" Please make the app code open source so that the community can fix it and use the basic functionalities Or at least charge for a small fee so that you can host a good server. A paid app is better than a free app that doesn't work

Update for release 6.8.8.2: Finally after using this app for 2+ years it works as expected, seamlessly syncronizing with Strava with this release. Update for 4.3.1: Dropped score as 4.3.1 ver. is even worse than 4.2. Unable to upload any activity. Fix needed ASAP! Original review: As reviewer Dan Snow recently pointed out(thanks Dan), download 4.1.2 as 4.2 is broken. I did so from Apkpure and it solved the Bluetooth problem apparently introduced in 4.2.

Version 6.8.* doesn't have menu for auto-lap settings for igs520. Previous versions have this menu, but app requires to update to last version(as a workaround I turn-off internet connection when launching app). В версии 6.8.* пропала возможность настраивать auto-lap в igs520. В предыдущих версиях это было. Не даёт пользоваться старыми версиями, требует обновиться, приходится отключать интернет при входе в приложение.

I just bought igps520 brand new and updated the firmware from this app but I notice that everytime I start riding with the bluetooth connected to the igps520 (I connect them so that I can received notification calls and messages) the cyclcomp restart by itself and data lost. The cyclcomp restart within 5min riding and keeps restarting. The way to fix this is to disconnect the phone bluetooth and the cyclcomp works fine but I cant receive notification from my phone. Hope for solutions. Thanks

Creating a route does not show elevation, unlike lower versions. Also when I sync it to my IGS520, it does not show the distance to the waypoint.

EDIT: New version is much improved. UI is more friendly and the sync function is more reliable. Great work 👍 PREVIOUS: Bike computer is good. The app is absolute trash. 9 out of 10 times the sync does not work. And there's no manual sync? Please fix it.

without a doubt the worst app installed, it always disconnects, it always works badly, it never uploads the rides, more than a year waiting for them to solve it and nothing happens, worst app ever 💩

6-jan-2022 update removed existing 620 device from app, won't reconnect for love nor money. Previous updates went smoothly, this one was bad. UPDATE: complete reinstall of the app fixed this.

Deleted activities appears again in stats - the problem is still there. Can you please inform me how I can delete activity on the computer? So far I deleted it via the app

Since the update i lost some data, one ride were'nt able to upload. Another just keeps uploading up to 99% then return to 1% over and over.. hope they will fix this or we will be force to changed to other brand

My igsport ,ig618, cycle computer has stopped displaying Distance and Time (live on computer when riding). Otherwis i was enjoying it using it for last 5yrs. Can you help me with this problem.

igpsport accuracy is great..the battery lasts. just have problem with the barfly mounting plate.its easy to break.

31 March 6.8.5 + logout/in has restored my rides, still no response from igpsport though, sent 2 reports and had zero response again. 24 March 2022 update 6.8.2 has deleted a years worth of ride history.

Would be 5 star if only I could get the app & the head unit to sync every time I try to. End up turning the unit & phone off three or four times before I am successful. Tried reloading the app but no better. Suggestions considered.

Device name keeps changing, maybe my neighbor uses the same model. Year goes to 2038, Sent a dispute to change. No replies. 😑 A good device though.

I'm really suffering now, after updated, it is hard to Pairing with both devices, my workout get lost..😔

I've had this app for a few years and it's worked on and off the whole time, but generally it finds the rides and syncs with my igs10 without issue. Latest updates have ruined it though. It won't find any of my rides from the last few months when the igs10 is connected to the app. Tried reinstalling an old version of the app and it still can't find the rides. Hundreds of miles lost!

Edit: After update 2.1.3 everything works again as expected. Syncing is faster, strava syncing works, connecting to devices is much better. Now it is a fairly good app. Speed is still on the slower side, compared to some other apps, but nothing critical. I would recommend the devs to hire a native english speaker and clean up the wording, because some descriptions are confusing tl dr, now I can recommend this one.

Managed to upload one workout, sync. After that, can't be done. Uninstall, reinstall, factory reset device, re-pair....goes through the motions of data sync, sync successful but it's not appearing in the app itself or on Strava. Can't seem to find any solution via the net or iGSPORT website. Worst fitness app I've used. I've discovered the solution. You uninstall the app then reinstall and it will work. So after every ride, uninstall it then reinstall and it'll do what it's supposed to. Amazing

Update from November 22: recent update fixed the issue. Recently (Nov 18th) app stopped syncing with the device. When I'm trying to access device it is crushing. Update: re-installed app. Now I cannot add new device, message is "Please turn on the relevant permissions. We will not collect your private information". I added all possible permissions, still have same message.
