all of a sudden, this app changed to a different language, and only allows me to select a country in Europe or Canada. No idea why, and no warning. Uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would fix it...nope. I'm very sorry for this, because it was an excellent app for me until then.
Unable to create a password, error says 'new password is invalid'. Maybe note the password requirements on the password change page
Doesn't work on my OnePlus 5T. As soon as it launches, an alert pops up saying service-response invalid and nothing happens after that. Tried reinstalling and checking for system updates.
One essential thing about any app, It should be easy to use and download. This one is hopeless. Tried to download the app on a laptop; for use with Essex County Council Library UK.
It works ok for me (Essex library) but not impressed with the search. It requires correct spelling so a search for Nero Wolf would come up with nothing as it should be Wolfe. I might use it but doubtful
My library has signed up for this & I have downloaded the app today, can't even get past first stage. Thurrock libraries is what I'm trying to get to. Have tried to reinstall
Issue resolved! It was something to do with using fingerprint security. I am updating my feedback, so sorry!
I have delayed any reinstalled the app but it still isn't loading? Worked well until recently. Used with Essex libraries. Any suggestions?
Worse than useless. In reply. Not a library in Coventry or Warwickshire or the Borders. Which are the 3 options I am given to choose from.

Updated: login bug fixed, great app. It's great to see all the books borrowed by all the family members. Strongly recommended
Log in problems. The app used to work perfectly fine, then it logged me out, and now when i try to log back in it tells me "error in service data". I've uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that works and it still doesn't
like others have said this app doesn't work. It stopped working last year. After months of emails back and forward with the library and makers of the app the problem is still not resolved. The app still gives tge message "service is temporarily unavailable." No one seems to be taking responsibility for this out of date and non functioning app. All councils who use this need to change their system. if people repeatedly tell you it's not working than there's an issue!!!!
