Made my way all the way to Serangoon to try it out, only for the qr scanner to be faulty. It doesn't scan the qr code at all. It's like opening my phone camera app, without the ability to take a pic or do anything. Also the image is weirdly stretched out. Not sure if that's the reason it cannot recognize the qr code.

Easy to use. Intuitive. Really impressed by the UI. :)

it is a very clean and beautiful gym, very helpful and responsible staff. Damaged equipment will be repair almost immediatly. a lot of useful facilities provided

The app is not working and very unstable. I'm unable to register even after multiple attempts. App hangs frequently

Unable to use on huawei phones. Tried both Bishan and Serangoon outlets. Images of qr codes were stretched. Wasted trip.

There's a bug with the self taken image because it says the image is too big. Using huawei p30

so many reviews on Huawei devices can't scan to go gym and nothing done or replied. What a shame and discrimination

Everytime send msg for enquiry no reply and money cannot transfer out or refund
