Since I have updated app. Now it does not open. Please fix app. This makes life easier to do banking. Also should make it to where we can transfer from external accounts. I still cannot use the app since I have updated it. It comes up with some security and administration needs to fix it. This app has been great until the update. I hope it gets fixed soon

3/15/22 Update isn't working. White screen after installation, deleted and tried again same results. Permissions added , nothing seems to help.

I updated my app and the first time I tried to log in it wants a pass code from a help technician. Except for the Instant balance I can't remember the last time I could get in the app on the first try. I usually just go to the website and use it. Also just realized my instant balance is not my available balance no wonder why I messed up a few times.

Since the upgrade I am unable to open app and access my account. Hitting the icon goes to a blank screen and not the login screen. I have to go to the app store and reload the app in order to get into the account....this is a hassle and time consuming to use the app since most of my banking is done online. Suggestions????

This app is simple but very functional. It's simplicity is i'ts best feature. I have noticed a higher rate of lockouts when I am issuing it though. Its already as though the it is doing something like not properly living me out or causing numerous time-outs to the point it causes the account to lock.

This app doesn't work longer then a week or 2 then it has to be reset by the CU. And when this app acts up then i can't pull it up on the computer and always saying the credentials are wrong. Tired of checking my balance using the ATM. Ready to switch!!

The app worked great for me. You have to call and have it enabled on your account. Very convenient to check balances, transfer funds or deposit checks. However, it doesn't work with the latest version of Android, Pie. Disappointed now.

Great app. Use it all the time. I was a little hesitant having an account with this bank since I live away from any of the branches, but use the app all the time to save driving. I've never had an issue.

Would be nice if you could transfer funds from external account directly to car payment account instead of the regular shares account. Doesn't make sense. Other than that the app is fine.

App is very convenient, however does not work late at night/very early mornings. Also, when making payments, there is a delay, sometimes up to 3 or 4 days so have to schedule payments ahead of due date or your payments will be late.

Tried to enroll with new account and card, however when submitting my account info the screen pops up with an error message and an account is failed to be registered. Is there anyway around this? It'd be great if I could get some help :)

This credit union app is so beneficial which allows me to stay at home to make money transfers right from my phone. I appreciate it's simplicity and the service is available 24 hours a day. Easy 5 stars for me.

I've used this app for years and loved it. It no longer opens even after reinstalling it. Please make it work again.

Makes me re login just to tell me to add my phone number. If I don't, it logs me back out. If I do, it logs me back out. The constant cycle is very frustrating. And can't pay my bill on the website so I have to call but the lady that answers is always rude. I do NOT recommend IHCU to anybody 😐

Its not friendly. Most unorganized banking app I've used. I can't set up payments from the app or anything other than look and call them.

the new way amounts show up is awful. the pending amounts never add up to available balance. old app showed correct totals at least.

Since the update, my app refuses to log in. No matter how many times i delete it and redownload it. It worked fine before then.

I wish it had a few more options available like other banking apps. I am glad they brought external transfers back!

Haven't been able to use this app in months. I'm going to be switching to the mobile site instead because I can't even open the app to login.

Very good app, haven't had any issues with it, they make it very easy to transfer from one account to another.

App rarely works. Has made me change my password numerous times because app didn't recognize it.

Always available and very convenient. I have been a long time customer and appreciate the great service.

This is the best app since popcorn and sliced bread. My life is so much easier now!
