this is the worst company. what is the point of using the app to order a accessible vehicle and have a regular vehicle dispatched? then be told you have to wait another 45mins to an 1hr for another vehicle when it was the company's mistake. then you put in your address and the drive is a block away arguing with the customer about where they are. Again the company's fault. Also the customer service/operators are RUUDE AS HELL. NEVER EVER ATTEMPTING TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR ANYTHING
Quite a major step forward. Great in many ways yet avoid to keep on top of issues important for a passenger.. some issues are chronically unthouhtful of how it affects passengers, don't expect m any follow-up of concerns. Texting system can go incredibly professional and well or not
All you get on this app is a still photo of a guy waiting for his cab. I get a text from the company saying to click on a link to see my cab. But all I see is my order and a broken link.
could not book my ride using app on android phone.it went through all the data entry but failed at the book ride step...had to call in on phone.
I love the option for paying cash but I hate their scheduling system even if your reserve a specific time they can show up 3 hrs later even thought it was pre ordered/scheduled
Man this app needs an update as it was last updated in 2018! I tried to sign up, but after inserting my details it failed stating duplicate username?
I got an estimate of $28 for my ride and it ended up being $45 plus tip that's over 50% more then expected. Uber was around $30 so basically they under bid Uber but charge more.
Sadly doesnt work for me, thats okay - you guys have the most easy phone number to remember around here.
Can't sign up. SMS verification code never came even with a valid mobile number.
App is garbage never works we download it to order (don't work) and still have to call the company to order a cab

The app doesn't even open. It's just a picture of a guy holding a cell phone. It never takes you to the app. Worthless.

Booked a taxi to be taken to the airport a day in advance, 5 minutes after my set pick-up time there was still no driver assigned to my reservation. Don't waste your time with this app.
This app has never failed me when I needed a ride after the bar.
App is in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Which is silly because they have providers with wheelchair cabs, but they just won't let you book them.
There is a field to schedule future pickups but it doesn't work. All the cabs come immediately when you request a booking. The UI buttons ate from iOS in 2007. Ugly and not very functional.
Had to download the app just to give it 5 stars because of the dumb a**es that are rating the app fo r a bad taxi ride. The ratings here are for the app. Not for your ride in a cab. That's what Yelp and other rating sites are for so use those!
Only used twice, first time terrible driver, second time canceled after waiting 45 min. for an "available taxi in my area" in the 1:00 hour!
Not sure which is worse: this non functioning app (after signing up, got message : this app is no longer in use, check website for update) so i prepaid for a very short ride. After no ride after waiting hours i called they said no cabs in my area (not true i am downtown and saw dozens of them) so i requested refund bc i never got the ride. They tell me to write customer service. Nothing week later so gotta dispute with bank now bc relying on this company is the least wise choice one could make!
