As others have pointed out, scale often requires multiple measurements before it records bodyfat %. It's a budget scale works fine for the price. However a few months ago it just stopped syncing with s health for no discernable reason. Permissions are enabled and the scale is working, just not the sync

It took a few days to get the scale to connect with the app via Bluetooth. The app itself won't close. I have to force close the app each time. And finally, it won't talk to my other health apps, so the data ends up siloed and not integrated. Not sure i would ever consider this company again due to this frustration.

Seemed like a good app until later when you actually wanted to have the info sent to your provider, there isn't an option for that unless you do it the first time you use it. Hate that the side panel opens every time you get next to it at all, seems like thar opens if you breathe on it!!

Needs improvements. Having to open the app and make sure device is syncing everytime to record data is annoying. It should be automatic after the 1st time. I have not been able to get accompanying weight results.

App looks good but it doesn't connect to the device reliably. I've managed to get it to sync once; it only works if I reboot my phone. Not worth the effort - a spreadsheet or tablet is easier.

Every time I open the app, I have to force stop it because when you exit out, it doesn't close. I like the app besides this, although it does have trouble connecting to my scales sometimes.

I have had my wrist PB for atleast 5 years and never had a problem until I did the last updates and now it won't connect to Bluetooth at all. I have uninstalled and repaired to Bluetooth with no luck. Which is sad as I can't use it now.

Nice Device. Easy to use with or without syncing with my phone. Using with BT on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G. No issues with setup. I would definitely recommend this device.

Created an account but couldn't login. Received an error saying "Account does not exist." But I got an email thanking me for creating an account. Doesn't get basic IT right. I don't trust them to get my healthcare right.

Easy set up of devices and use. I like that I can share devices between multiple users and have the machine read each one to its own account. Drawbacks. The app setup is... crowded. When at the home screen for each user there are large charts that give results for each device. It's probably nice if you have one device but I have gone all ihealth so there is some scrolling to see basic info. The app DOES NOT STOP RUNNING unless forced. That's crazy!

Scale has been a nightmare from the start. Has only measured all aspects 3 times. It wont connect to the wifi. I have had to restart my wifi numerous times to no avail. It wont record or save weights in memory. i have spent hours...yes hours...trying to get this going. No better than a regular scale as now I have to enter my weights manually and it wont give any of the other measurements. Very disappointed!

Loved the ease of taking my measurements and having them import seamlessly into Samsung Health. However, this functionality just stopped working and it doesn't look like restoring it is a developer priority. Edit: nope, Dev is steering us towards a "pro" version of the app that does even less, and that I am sure will eventually sell us back the connectivity they took away. Avoid iHealth. Return it if it isn't too late.

I got the ihealth HS5 scale. I can't get the scale to work because it can't connect to the Bluetooth. I've did everything! Taking batteries out then inserting them about 15 times. Paired and unpaired bluetooth several times. Installed and uninstalled the app. Nothing works. It shows on my phone that the bluetooth is on my list but nothing connected. I have a galaxy note 10 pro phone. Terrible app.

The data is good. Stays running in the background. I have to use force stop to shut it down. Annoying!

I have a c9e993. That's why i need this app. I have seen it taking updates which require more and more permissions. However the core reason-viewing the health data portion is not updated/enhanced. The company needs more data on customers but is not ready to give better services. The weekly graph can't be zoomed. The potrait mode and landscape mode automatically zoom to fixed levels. Pl give more functionality.

Seems impossible to just create an account and log in. I ran through every error imaginable: ID already exists (no), Network issue, Not availavble in your country, wrong password, ...

Adequate app for my new scales. I just hate that the app wants to run in background. I need too always stop it by force.

Have used the app for a while and bought multiple ihealth products because they were marketed as compatible with Samsung health and Google fit. At first it did connect to Google Fit and my data was syncing but now its disconnected and there doesn't seem to be any way to reconnect. Makes all the products I got essentially useless, wish I could return them and get my money back for devices that sync properly.

Doesn't upload the blood pressure to Google Fit. Only the heart rate. I have to manually add the blood pressure readings which is a pain. I bought this specifically to sync blood pressure with Google Fit. Very disappointed.
