Very easy to use and to access. I like that items I put in my cart for future purchase remain in the cart instead of dropping off like other apps. I also benefit from the promo codes resulting in additional savings. I trust the supplements the legitimacy and efficacy and brands at iHerb, and many of my friends also shop here for their supplements. My only negative is that you have discontinued live customer service.

I love this company! Easy to order online, quick to deliver, great selection of high quality brands, and great customer service... I once had a glass bottle break during shipping, emailed a photo and got a response almost immediately with a prompt refund, no hassels!

Easy to use app, fast delivery, lots of hard to find products in one place, and great pricing! Discount & free trial products to find new options. Rewards program that adds up quickly for discount & cash out. Not just for purchasing, but surveys, reviews, and referrals.

The app has a good list of products, but there are a few things i didnt like: 1) Response time for setting up profile, payment methods, address, etc is slow and malfunctions 2) Filter/Sort function is terrible (after searching for something). For example, if 150+ results are found in total and you switch sorting options from relevance to low-to-high or to anything, it gives you completely different results from 150+ to maybe only 15. Makes no sense and forces you to go theough a huge list.

Fast free shipping overseas where I'm volunteering. Great products and fair prices. Certainly cheaper than the stores here and iherb has lots of variety. Plus I read the reviews, they seem correct for the purchases I have made.

I was really enjoying this online shop app, I love the products there. Unfortunately out of 4 orders, only 2 were delivered with no problems. The other 2 I had to reject as I was asked additional charges by the courier, even though I already payed delivery fees and taxes at the checkout and receiving message that I should not expect any additional charges. 2 out of 4 orders did and I had to turn them down. For the last one I still haven't received a refund because suddenly the app won't work now

Your filter and sort function on products is not working at all on your app and this really has caused a lot of problems for shopping and selection. In addition I also realized that a message with "connection error" always showed on the screen and this also caused confusion during the course of surfing.

Pretty simple to use the app with a decent selection of brands and a very wide variety of supplements, and more. Broad range of prices are good because while there are different qualities of supplements, some are less expensive than others without losing much, if any quality. You can pretty much always find what you need for a really good price. And if you want to spend more, you can. Seems like the rewards plan is pretty good too. Definitely would recommend iHerb to anyone.

Nothing to say about application. It is pretty good. Anyway I stop to use it, because it became too expensive due to the weight limitation. And the last experience made me confident with my decision. I ordered 2 items and got only one. The second item was cancelled, without getting any approve from me. So I got one item for price of two (delivery cost was almost as the price of the item itself)

So many products I'm impressed with the inclusion of batch number & expiry date of the item you are ordering. Also the rating scales used as a comparison. It can be a little overwhelming at times due to the volume of products available but the more you use the app the easier it gets

I've been ordering from iHerb for a few years now and haven't had any issues except for one and it was resolved pretty quickly. The app & website are great, they have a great selection at very affordable prices, you get free shipping on orders over $20, and the shipping is quick!

It used to be free shipping to Europe when ordered over a specific amount. After they removed it I rarely ordered anything. Only the most necessary things. And I know for fact that I am no exception. It's a shame, they would profit if they removed the shipping cost.

I just wish updating information like credit cards wasn't such a complete hassle. You can't update your card. However, you can't add the new card either. So, the app makes you delete your old card and then enter the new card instead of just changing the expiration year.

The filter feature when doing a search isn't working. I'll tap on Ratings 4 stars and up and 2000 results go to zero. It's been like this for a few weeks.

3.5 stars iherb is a decent company but now that they are full digital with customer service meaning no phone call with live agent service is not great. Sadly they offer live text chat but that's not good enough. Also in dealing with customer service, they took too long in resolving a delivery issue with ontrac. They should have had continual communication with the consumer to let them know what's going on instead of having them waiting longer than 48hrs for an update.

Use the app exclusively. Find it easy to use for ordering. Miss the discounts that were provided. Been a customer for over 8+ yrs so I've seen a lot of changes....some good some not so good.

cumbersome. Shopping cart items do not always sync between the web version and app. Picking a locker is not very intuitive, could be better to have a list of the lockers that are close to the address i have so i could choose from the list by closest distance. I keep.finding myself in a need to input my credit card again and again and that's quite tiring although i guess that its just iherb's security preference. I just always order to either one of the 2 addresses i saved.

Very fast and convenient transaction. A lot of glutenfree products, which are not exactly too affordable but, still lesser in price compared to the prices in our country. That's already a big plus for me.

There is a wide range of products for a great price. They have 20% off deals often and offer an array of products for a great value. I love how quickly the products arrive and it is very accurate with what it says to when the product ships and arrives. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable and quality products.

This site has very competitive prices, and is simple to negotiate. My initial order was processed and promptly shipped, with all items arriving undamaged. For these reasons I established a personal account with iherb, and placing another order, with subsequent orders to follow

Hard to navigate, hard to find categories, filters are not easy to use. Too many unwanted pop ups that puts you off using the app and buy your products.

I Herb is a very good app and webshop, where we can find a large variety of suplements with exellent quality. I like ordering here, its easy and safe. Delivery is fast and cheap. I recommend to all!

It's basically amazon for vitamins and supplements.... Except there's no annual fee. And better prices than amazon. Free shipping for all orders over $25. Fast shipping too!

Finally get to checkout after searching for everything I needed AND qualified for free shipping via FastWay then I'm told "there are product(s) in your cart that are not eligible for this promotion". Well what products and which promotion? Ended up ditching some of what I had, still qualified for free shipping, click to pay then I'm told "this shipping method does not apply to your destination" 🙄. HealthPost just gained another customer 👍 The app deserves NO STARS

I've put off downloading the app and have always ordered on a desktop. Just tried it because I had to report an issue with my order and it was too much trouble having to upload photos before submitting. Turns out easy to navigate and use.

I order frequently so it helps to use the app. It sometimes jumps around a bit though. And the address section is only set up for the US. also it's impossible to remove old info like messages. The edit function does nothing.
