From a capability standpoint, the app does all it needs to do and does so with stability. However, the latest version's Account summary screen lacks distinction between the various accounts. It needs some background shading and font color to provide visual separation.

Pretty good app,sometimes it can take a lil while to load but sometimes it take some of us a while 2 get outta bed when we 1st wake up.

Let's me manage my money and accounts without having to leave my home. Love it and recommend this credit union and app to others. I had a little bit of trouble getting my check to deposit but other than that I would still recommend IHMVCU to others.

I love this app! Transfers, bill pay and electronic check deposits have never been easier.

Everything runs smoothly, and action button are well placed. The check deposit system is slow and often requires unneccssary time requiring another look at the check itself. It draws out the process by a few minutes. I often time out because of this and have to start all over. Updated 2/5/2020, no change in check depositing process. Declining one star.

The app is pretty solid overall. There is nothing that I do that isn't in the app already. My only problem with the app comes from the check deposit feature. I don't like that the app always verbally tells me something when it opens the view finder. I also don't like that it plays the camera's shutter sound when it takes the picture of my check.

I personally love this app for many reasons : It is an easy way to check that the $2 in your account are still there, you can deposit checks by taking a picture (it takes two days though), you can send money to others (as long as they are also a member), and transfer money to your different ccounts on the fly. Overall very efficient and easy to use. 10/10 would bank again

I appreciate this app and how it verbally navigates me through the process. It allows me to take another picture if hands shake or there was a shadow cast. Anyone who is new at trying this, I would just say to be patient while it is processing, it takes at least 30 seconds for it to "buffer" and accept the check once you hit send. Thanks IHMVCU for such a handy app!

I recommend this app, however the latest update has some "UI Changes" that I don't care for, namely the bold font face used in the transactions view. Please, please, either put the bold back to normal font weight, or at least provide an option for "text size" / "bold" - you've made it look like each transaction is YELLING AT US!! Thanks!

Since update very deceptive practices. It shows all the pending transactions but doesn't update the available balance for all pending transactions. So you don't know unless you do the math yourself. Ihmvcu response "sorry you feel that way" it is not a matter of feeling; you change the way your system works to milk more money out of customers. That is dirty. The next Wells Fargo.

I love it except for the new update. I hate the update. The bold text and the way they have the dates listed are harder to read. It was easier to see the transactions by day when they were separated by date.

Overall...great. I really like the app and it is very easy to you. The only thing I don't like is the updated layout. I preferred the previous layout with transaction dates clearly separated.

This is the Most successfuly executed banking app I have ever used. We'll thought out easy to use and understand. With in app Access to the main bank web site and back without having to sign in or out. Now with touch password itis even more secure and easier to access for people with memory issues.

Beyond useful 24/7/365! Shows exactly what you have total, available, posted, and pending. Deposit checks quickly with ease. Customize email or text notifications regarding withdrawals, deposits, and balances. Easily link all accounts, cards, ect.

Makes life much easier. I live in a small town 20 miles from the closest branch, this app allows me to do my banking and take care of bills without taking time out of my day to take a trip. My employer doesn't use direct deposit and the IHMVCU app allows me to deposit my check in minutes by simply taking a quick snap.

Everything works the way it should work as far as my needs go. I took one star off because I don't like the extra step of looking at the picture before I submit a check deposit. I already look before I decide to keep it. The extra step is redundant.

easy to use! only quirk is the check deposit camera. It is a little clunky, but at least the deposit gets accepted on the first try about 85% of the time, so I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I also don't like that you can't deposit more then $3,000 in a day with the deposit feature. My employer had to write me two checks :-(

use to love this app. when it works it's great, but all the features dont work the way they use too. I have to keep unstalling it and reinstalling it in Hope's it will work again for me :( hope this issue gets resolved fast!!

I really enjoy the mobile app. I do all my banking on my phone. So easy to set up bill pay and pay your credit card, transfer funds. 100% better then going to the credit Union don't have to deal with people!

Love the app use it everyday, love that they can add suffixes to the app so you can put your money where you want it. They just updated the font that I dont like would like it back the old way where it separated by day please give that back!

I've been with this bank for 7 years and had this app for several of those years. The user interface is great and they're fantastic at helping with any problems you have :)

The app constantly asked me to verify that the picture is correct or that the numbers are correct. No matter how perfect the check is written or printed further I have to resubmit them almost every single time they never go through on the first time try

I love this app! i have no problem checking my accounts or making transfers. Everything I have done has been successful and the data is alsways up to date and correct.

I have used this app with another bank and they offered more features. One that i wish IHMVCU included is the amazing button to turn a card on and off. I could also raise and lower the spending limit!

this app will tell you that you have more then enough money in your account but then overdraft several times over, the next day somehow. Even though I see all the purchases I've made pending the night before and make sure theres more then enough money it still somehow overdrafts it extra. I would bank somewhere else that offers no overdraft fees to move your money from checking to savings, cause this is just crazy.

Viewing accounts and transferring funds works great. Check deposit is glitchy and slow and will often time out during upload. It's still better than having to go to a branch/ATM/ITM, but upload features should be improved.

It's nice to be able to see where all my money is going (the history) and how much I have in and how much is available. The only thing is I wish it would update faster sometimes because I'll find out I have less than I thought or something like that. Mostly though it's a really great and helpful app!
