Pathetic, keeps on crashing. Was at the clinic trying to retrieve my details and this kept on failing. Looks like developed by amateurs
Nitemarish app, can't reset pwd, unintuitive ux and ui, keeps telling wrong uid when it's my own IC, go back to the drawing board!!!
This app forever faced technical issue. Claim process took weeks to process. Do no choose this services and best is such coy don't existing

Every time I upload an image of an invoice through the app the iHP team claims the invoice is illegible. They once sent me an example of the image and the app mutilated the image such that it was illegible when my original photo was perfectly clear. It almost seems like they are doing this intentionally so that it is more difficult to file a claim because I've brought it up to them multiple times and they still haven't fixed the issue.
Worst apps. It keep loading for more than half an hour.

Unintuitive app. When you miss out a required field it doesn't give you any error to indicate that but when you click on Submit button it doesn't respond. Even when your attachment file is supported type and within 2MB it still doesn't allow you to attach with a file exceeds size limit error. Very problematic.
Very easy to install and view insurer's info.
Almost all clinics say they are not on the panel. Useless app
OTP is sent to work email instead of phone, which is unusual and inconvenient. Everytime login need to submit OTP. Everytime login need to agree PDPA. Click any feature in the menu need to submit OTP. Not sure if you are aware that the OT in the OTP stands for "One-time"
Submit takes very long to reply. Than they tell u fail claim, receipt already throw. Cannot claim. Claim type only can select dental / non panel general practitioner. Wonder is it we select non panel general practitioner thats y hospital claim can also fail

I wonder why it is so much difficult to implement proper username/password based login mechanism for such an app with several thousands of users. How frustrating is to input four different things every time when you just needs to get the card while some of the info being very hard to remember.
Can't pass the OTP screen because when I type in the OTP nothing appears on the screen. Followed up by sending email a month ago with screen cap as advised by customer service but still can't access anything pass the OTP screen.
Please settle my problem. I already e-mailed as adviced by your service advisor. Try to log in but record not found. What is this! Zurich? Stop wasting my time. Or I just go look for other insurance company. Just to save this so called go green app just to avoid RM10 card is just a nonsence. What if I unconcious and they can't find my insurance card because of the stupid apps!
Useless app... everytime I click on panel clinic, it hangs... i hv to uninstall n reinstall... total rubbish... customer service is even more hopeless... escalated the matter but silent thus far... why design an app when it can't even do the simplest function!!!!
Highly unstable and keeps crashing. Clinic search does not work properly. Completely useless app.
Have been trying hard to upload a receipt (very small size ~ 500kb) but rejected by the system, the apps cant differentiate big or small file. Waste of time!
Failed to login using app even with the correct details input. It doesnt make sense that I can log in using my desktop but not on my phone app.
Always unable to log in after updating new versions of the app. Need to call their hotline for hope of resolving. 1 of the worst apps I've used.
Application not funtion to enter the OTP number. Call their Customer Service and they ask to uninstall and reinstall back. It still same. The worsts application...
Now app only shows the e-card, that's all. The clinic locator is all missing. Please rectify the problem, thank you.
Can't upload image file even when extension is as specified (jpg, png), does not compress photos automatically to fulfil 2MB upload limit (no point in using the take photo option in-app). Again, no default PDF compression. And built-in support redirects to oversea international phone call.
