Waste of time and money if they can't update it to work on Note 10 plus. Does not connect to phone!! Update this app please! £500 for a tool that doesn't work with a modern smart phone. Not happy with this!!!
really wish i could down load it on t[my lap top spent alot on this tool and i can only use it on my phone witch is also used for work calls so i always getting kicked out
Does not work with OnePlus 8 pro. IIDControl dongle is great, but does not work with my new phone. Get it to work please, for me to utilize the tool I had to get my old Red Hydrogen phone Back just for using with this app .
Horrendous experience trying to update and get the thing to work. I'm sure once I succeed it will be a great tool. I'm on day 2 of perseverance. Wish me luck.......
Worked great with my old Galaxy S8, but now the app doesn't work with my New Galaxy Note 20 ultra. I had to dig out the old S8 to use the tool. Please fix
What a waste of £400 the tool didn't do half the stuff gap website said and it just kept crashing on the app everytime told to do something would have been cheaper for a garage to do the reset for me

Hi developers im using a huawei mate 20 pro so everything works perfectly except i cant read fault its keeps saying no fault found so i used a iPhone 10 to read the fault and it did read it
Working perfectly on my galaxy S20+ and my S7 tab with the current firmware and app (non beta)
Won't connect to Galaxy S10, communication from GAP on this issue is poor
fantastic bit of kit works brilliant on Samsung S7 or iPad air2 also iPhone 6s
Another app to download just to find it's dedicated and cost 530$

This is the tool, you couldn't ask for better. Phone support would be a plus.
have been using this app for over a year on a Discovery 3 on a Sony Z3 tablet on android, brilliant app, easy to use and vital for any discovery 3/4 owner

I gave this app a bad reveiw in the past but I must man up and admit it was my own fault for not updating the tools firmware. Everything has run super smoothly since. Its an excellent piece of equipment and in my opinion a must for Landrover owners. It only has to save you 1 or 2 visits to the dealer and its paid for itself. No brainer really.
Works on my nexus 5, nexus 7 2013, Nexus 6 and Nexus 6P. Some bugs but emailing them gets it resolved pretty quick. Best purchase I've made for my Range Rover.
Keep up the good work guys, amazing customer service and keeps my RR on the road without having to visit the garage to scan/detect and debug/reset all issues.
Doesnt work on pixel 6 for the last 4 months and still no update.
