IIFL Loans

Hi, I made the part payments of Home Loan two times on the same day. But in the app, the transactions tab shows only last paid amount. And the outstanding amount is NOT calculated correctly. Please resolve the bug.

Worst app. Would have love to offer minus stars. I don't understand why even they have an app just to show the loan details, could have just used sms to share the details. You can't raise a complaint. Just use of the app is for their own benefit to apply for another loan. You can die but they won't have a support ever. There is no help ever.

One of the worst app and company also .I paid my EMI before due date But still it got update one week later from their backend team . When called the branch they said we don't take reaponsiblitiy for online payments.When contacted customer care they said send details of payment when I informed them I have received Reference code form you for payment still want other details. When downloaded app showing loan details but not receiving OTP to proceed but showing error , not registered user

After update it's not allowing me to login to the app.... Getting error as contact administrator You guys are not fixing the issues and to rectify that, we have to leave our work and contact u guys...

Worst financial service provider and technical team, not able to update email and raise a request. Paid amount still not showing in account and they levy penal charges, further customer care no. Most of time switched off.. if you want your money and gold safe don't go for iifl

Worst app ever used. Sales executives also not aware of policies . IIFL banked my pre Emi cheque without informing me. Later cancelled the loan and again asked to pay fee and reapply for new loan. Due to lack of supporting staff my registration also posponed. And still they are trying to default next date also.

Very bad experience.4 days running until my personal loan application not solve.personal loan application I'd. SL3371782 .all ready mail many times.but until my problem not solve.plz solve the issue as soon as possible.

Useless transaction history in the app. Worst. I hope since January you guys are auto deducting from bank accounts without any information. This is ridiculous. I have already made a payment and I also have proof of payment. Even I got a message that payment received and also reflected in app. Still y u guys are deducting again after payment and not mentioning them in the account. And the worst thing with the app is it doesn't show transaction history even after making payment from the app.

Not able to see my loan status in app... Nothing detail about loan.. no details like due date, due amount,total loan amount. How much ornaments etc.

Pathetic service from IIFL Techinal Team. I have been trying to apply for top up of my pre sanctioned amount from last 3 weeks, but nothing is happening further, only error message comes, and after putting mail to customer care, they replied me that issue has been rectified, but nothing has been sorted out yet.....this has been repeated 3-4 times and no solution provided by technical team yet..

Pathetic service My NACH got debited on 3rd itself still showing payment pending. No use of customer care because IIFL don't care of customer. Have sent mail multiple time stil no revert. Biggest mistake of my life taking loan from IIFL.

Even after I paid my loan amount, it is still showing outstanding/ overdue amount in my loan account. I don't understand how many days it takes to update loan account.

I have loan Account no GL20812793. It's not showing to my loans. System ask to update email id, When I go for link email id with my GL account it's showing loan not exist or invalid account no. Verified details with iifl customer care 5 times in last 15days. But not updated my account. Terrible experience.

App shows many options but accept loan details not responding to any of the other options including documents download and raise request. Every time i try using it, app is showing null or invalid element error. Cannot keep on trying your CC multiple times which is never responsive at all. Need a quick resolution on this.

Worst app, Can't view loan balance. Can't update email/phone number. It says only 1 alert invalid session.The pathetic app developement, so irrtitating to end user...

Updated the app. Now I can't see my loans. Uninstall n reinstalled but same problem. Previous version was better

Very bad experience and i advise to iifl old version is better than the new version because this version is in very problem not show loan details and other information please improve your app .

Very bad and worst service, I was applied for list of documents and foreclosure statement 25 days back. Even now they told me that sir we didn't have any request. We an again raise ur request. That was on yesterday. Again i call for follow up then again told me that sir we didn't have ur request. The TAT of iifl to close a reques is 7 days but they couldn't able to close my request in 25 days. This means that you didn't value your customers and their time. This is too much disappointing.

Poor App. My Loan details not showing . Many times I have uninstalled and installed the app. But condition is same. Not able to acess my loan details. Still my query is open IIFL helpline not connected always busy and in mail no proper response. Still facing login problem. Very pathetic app and website.

Worst service from customer care.. I can't complete my emandatory.. contacted through customer care also no response..

Great experience, but huge delay in processing application

A amount of 9100 rs has been deduct from my bank account on 23 Dec 2021. But still its not reflecting in my loan account. Many time I was tried to call on your helpline number but there was no response from your end. I was also tried to submit a request on IIFL app but there is showing error that this service is not available. I request to you that please update my payment.

Worst finance app ever and worst service even after paying emi it shows not paid and service is very slow they are not even responding to complaints.

One of the worst and irritated app I never seen. I closed my previous loan. My cibil score is 819. But am not eligible to apply new loan! No reply for reviews! Very poor customer service.

Worst app ever seen... my mom and I taken gold loan buy it doesn't even letting us login and the loan account number also showing wrong. OTP not revived also some time if you resend otp ot says user not register . Totally full of bugs on this app .. time wasting app...

Very Pathatic Service I will never Suggest to Keep ur gold in iifl finance They are responding on time they are not provide our gold on time they are give only excuses and delay our gold. This is my first worst experiene in my life. I feel that it is our gold is unsecure in this finance.at the time of gold they are calling 100 times and after paying full payment so we need to do follow up again and again and there will no proper response from their end.
