NOW THE HOLDINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE SOLD...MARGIN ISSUE....HOW DO GUYS JUSTIFY SUCH AN APP... Screens for details of shares like charts etc takes a few seconds to load, which is a LOT of time if one is trying to do trading through mobile app. Smaller and non bold fonts were definitely better for more data to fit in a small screen.
Does not get proper notifications at a time...then notifications visible in app notifications center but user did not open it from notification center...also notification visible but the buy option does not visible in intraday or short term instantly... overall it's very good app but this small bugs can cause of loss or less profit
After update iifl app, i haven't good experience, I face two big problems:- 1 - keypad (Lock Unlock) in which i had to press many times but i could not unlock the iifl app, The Keypad should be some Gap in digits, my thumb could not press proper. 2 - when i place order then curser is not up down in full screen ( that is up down in very small middle part in full display) example:- at the time place order first i select Delivery, after up select SL after up select quantity after up i Buy order.
Worst app which I am stuck with Slow like 🐌 which affected my trading. You will not able to add money or remove it easily. They will say they are fixing it but no improvement. Struggling with this app everyday. IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE IIFL BE READY FOR DISAPPOINTMENT. I recommend you do not go with IIFL platform. There are plenty of options available in market.
The trading view chart doesn't save the indicators on the chart. Everytime you go back to the watch list all indicators are gone. Again you have to setup all indicators. And please also uodate webtraidng to trading view chart. All your systems are outdated.
How can u change the market watch so weird column earlier in one line we were able to see the required field kindly modify again to earlier version..... Why don't u give option to user to select the viewing in one line or below that the best option And lastly u have updated the new app since 10 times still there are bugs which team has made this.....very pathetic still the old stock with no turnover are shown....do something no 1 listening...
Only problem in Mobile app is font size is in micron levels. I didn't saw the reviews and joined IIFL. So the above said issue was there after updating to newer version. I understood that IIFL was unable to resolve the issues.
It was very good untill now, but the charts which has been updated to trading view charts - It is not saving the indicators used, everytime you need to update and for every share. A request please keep the saving feature, as it was there in previous version. If you see even Angel one is having trading view in chart, but the indicators get saved whatever you have used. Hope this issue will be considered and will be resolved.
Pathetic updates by the so-called unprofessional technicians. They keep asking nonsense questions when people send their problems clearly. Why are the tech team so dumb? There are problems all over with this new update. Even scrolling SWOT in fundamentals are a problem, unable to view corporate actions etc. Even average price bought is not showing up properly sometimes and LTP is not updated. Please give the clients option of a rollback for the previous stable versions of app always.
Since build 5.12.6.0 there is a lot of improvement in the App specially access to Trading view chart and UI. In future version I would like to use multiple window features. So that I can land directly from chart window to order page.
Very nice App, greatly satisfied. Date: 10.03.2022 After updation of the App few days back, while entering log in PIN, the App will not take numbers properly and message will appear as "Invalid PIN", forcing me to login with OTP. So, please provide larger number pad to enter PIN. Except for this, the App is working nicely.
Performance is good, with excellent brokerage rate and research. Also their margin trading plan is better, than others. Little bit disappointed by the Customer Support, also when they changed my free delivery plan. Also getting errors to pledge for margin which is too irritating and risky.
Consistency is not maintained in the app from operation point of view....every updates may have some bugs....currently value of share prices gets interchanged, sometimes not updated....need lot of improvement and consistency.
App is good but the option for saving trading view chart template is not there. Every time you have to same practice of indicators and lines.
Some updates are good. And some updates are annoying. Try option house is good. but It should be display me in every stock option. Or it should be scrolle up so i can see maximum strike price data. Please resolve it soon.
Worst application. Very slow..I don't recommend to anyone.. Again today 19/05/2022. App is not updating the prices. It was important day when market crashed today. And I am not able to see the prices. Worst app...
Very bad application.. Lacs of losses cause of this application.. Not working showing wrong data.. I have taken screenshot of wrong data too... Worst application.. It Should not be on play store.
The lock screen issues in OnePlus. Please fix the bugs. The response from the developer is such a cautionary tale. They don't know the tech asking me clear cache is worst thing they could ask. God bless the derivative traders on iifl.
Getting worse day by day stocks data are freezed LTP doesn't refresh automatically lot's of data are mismatched nifty and Bank nifty derivatives data are mismatched. I would certainly not recommended this to anyone else.
Chart doesn't load properly, indicators selected does not appear in the charts. Though UI is good what's the use if charts doesn't work.
eDIS authorization process for non-POA holdings has stopped working with the recent update. Please fix it ASAP. Update 21-Apr-2022: Your response is really incompetent, since I already checked for latest updates before writing this review. Anyway your CS called up after nearly a week (very slow response) and helped with the resolution, i.e.- force stop, clean cache/data etc., maybe it helps others. Performance of the app has reduced since the last update, so I'm going to keep the 2 stars
App does not responding. At all times asks from earlier mobile numbers which were being used in the devise, although these numbers not exists. Further asks to provide bank details thereafter to confirm in digio to fetch documents from the digilocker of the App user whether or not he is realy ready to open any DMAT and Trading account. I could not understand why the app has designed in such way to excess of digiloker through the digio except to authenticate through any other mode.
App keep crashing. Unsure if this is being tested before launching updates. Poor, very poor. Last thing we expect from private player, if this was state owned, I can expect. I must say, SBI securities app has dramatically improved, and performance is really amazing. So state Bank is outperforming private bank.
update but same things persist graph is not warking why u are not working on it. Simple & advance both graph is not working.
Latest search tab is excellent. Kindly do these improvements to make it near perfect. 1) daily P and L for positions 2) ability to sort positions similar to holdings.
Earlier it was good, but now it's is copy of other apps available in market losing it's advantage over them. It's damn slow. Why we shown small cases orange circle in app as compulsion, your marketing tactics irritating.
There should be option to remove gems icon in home page. Repeatedly lowering the app experience by introducing unnecessary features now and then. Firstly i complained about the BNPL order should not be default page. That was not resolved. Now the Gems icon. Pathatic service. There should be flexibility to customize as per our experience. Simple GUI is far more better.
Very bad experience. I can deposit money easily. But to withdraw just ifsc should be updated. All the other broker have atomatically updated for people like me(my syndicate bank account has changed to canara bank by govt). Trying to close my account, but for that too i need to change the ifsc. Why did u accept my deposit from the same account? Why u didnt raise the issue then?
This have so many issues. I'm trying to sell my shares from past few days. When I click sell option this app shows problems, report for error. Whats the use if you can't sell put when you need. Then again it will show problem at payout. You ha e to call back office to sort the problem. From few days it has stopped showing my portfolio too.
In the past I have been very critical about the iifl markets app.. But this time change is very visible.. Easy for the traders and easy on the eyes... Just one suggestion.. The logout shudnt be kept inside the settings page(correct me if I'm wrong.. Anyone).. Rather it shud be kept as an default icon on any page u open inside the iifl app... It's easier for traders to jump /switch to other accounts. So far the best changes to the app.. Well done team iifl.
