Basically if you don't do the 7 days free trial you cannot use the app (cannot continue). Their answer is that you can always cancel the free trial, but it's all about the user experience and this one was not existing. Perhaps is better to see how the app works, is it worth it or not, does it fits what we need before moving to a contract.
I don't want your app and you charge me $8.00 for what also im trying to cancel the account and not getting any options too do it
Charging $6.99 twice per week for what I don't know and can't get a refund. I have cancelled and I'm still being charged I have sent numerous emails and no response and refund I have now reported them. Please read reviews this is a scam.
You must give us an option to hide Progress with Oxford sections. It's very frustrating for kids to have part of an (paid) application blocked and for us to explain again and again why it's not working.
This app basically is trying to force me to get some other stuff for 4.99 a week and it won't let me go passed that page even though I signed up for the week trial. I'm unsubscribing immediately before they charge me. My daughter was so excited to play but she can't get to anything because it's stuck on a payment page for other included app. They aren't included if we have to pay for them.
I paid the money for the 6 months. A screen came up asking for more money to be able to move forward. I cancelled it. Took me all of 5 minutes. Never got into the app and was told no refund. I tried closing the 7 day trial screen as you said to another customer and it closed out the entire app. It wasn't easy as you say.
Poor, cancelled free subscription/ emailed and still taken £20 a month for the last 4 months, cancelled card and got a new one and still some how taking payments. Emailed twice and advised remove it from Google play subscription list. Nothing on the Google play subscription list on phone or if I log into Google play via Web browser. Keep being fobbed off with emails saying it's nothing to do with app creator and have to speak to Google play. Going to bank with it as fraud now...avoid...avoid!!
This is a scam y'all stay away!!! Am paying for a thing that literally doesn't work I can't cancel my subscription they confirmed they cancelled it but still deducted certain amount in my account contacted them through their email couldn't get anything!! It's a scam I repeat!!

I'm paying the subscription and yet my kids cannot pass a window with an ad to buy Progress with Oxford. I'm already paying!!!!
Awful, misleading app, should be taken down. It locked my phone e on a screen that the only option was to sign up for a 5 euro subs per week. With no option to go back to the previous screen. Developer this I really bad, try to push people to sign up by making any other options impossible or barely visible.
Takes forever to load everything. Had to download the game twice as it kept freezing. My 3 year old finds it very boring and hard to use. Definitely not worth the money even if it was per month. We have other apps, completely free that keep us lot more interested as they are more interactive.
Trying to cancel my subscription, downloaded the app to see my user ID and this oxford math pops up telling me to pay for subscription, like really.
The halloween backmusic is horrible. Will it change? You could offer to change it, once we HATE halloween. And if we turn it off, then the rest of the sound are not played, not making the game any sense. Remove that horrible music, or give an option of a decent one! Last chance, as il be looking for something else that would work
This app has some serious issues...app takes forever to load...I opened the app and it's been sitting at 0% for the past 20minutes and I've been having the same issue all night last night while being connected to the Wi-Fi so I know it's not internet issue. I'm considering uninstalling the app n cancelling the subscription.
Horrible experience..can never log in..now they've charged me nearly 11£ for a month and won't even let me log in saying that it's an invalid email address ( the same email address on which they've sent me an invoice!!) And still won't open any of the locked games or features. Very disappointed.
Very upsetting that we paid for a subscription and can never log in. It always says invalid email. I now know other people have experienced this same issue since I have been reading reviews just now. Wish this could be fixed or I could be refunded.
Fraudulent activity: I had installed IntellectoKids on my mobile last week (20th July). When I clicked on the start my 7 days free subscription button, the application hung and did not go through, so I killed the application. Even today when I click on the installed application I see the page which says I am still to start my 7 days free trial (have sent it on email to support). However today my card has been charged INR 4400, for the yearly subscription. I demand a refund.
It was 6.99 a WEEK!!!! That's almost 30 a MONTH! Nope not worth it. I signed up for the free trial thinking it was 6.99 a month not a week and took a couple weeks to realize I was being charged each week. Definitely would recommend another more affordable app!
Healthy eating cafe part is good, my both kids learn about how to make healthy choices when it comes to food. They learn about different healthy and unhealthy food choices and making dishes.
App is well designed with lots of logic and educational games. My 4 year old daughter loves space part. She assembles her own rocket and land on different planets and learn more about them. She loves musical instruments part also. Thanks Intellectokids.
The app is everything it claims to be: individualized, updated, and filled with an endless variety of exciting learning games! My son is truly getting a strong foundation in learning.
Each and every section of the game is so much fun and keep your kid excited. My 4 year old loves building houses and learning what materials and equipments are needed for that.
So this game keeps popping up the 4.99 a week however I paid the one time payment of 49.99 for this and it still won't let us use it. This is really upsetting I'd like for someone to reach out to me. It would help if you had the link to what it is I paid then because their is no link. So how am I suppose to know it's different.
My daughter loves little bunny in drawing part. She loves following his instructions about how we draw an image and choose colors to fill. Once the drawing is complet, little bunny give more information about the painting she draw. What an awesome app, I will highly recomment this app to toddlers.
excellent educational games and fun learning. choosing and filling colors, connecting numbers, building hand and eye coordination, etc. perfect for my 3 year old.
Cannot pay the subscription... Blocked on subscribe page, nothing loads. Tried annual and weekly, nothing works. Extremely annoying. I just hope I won't discover 5 or more subscriptions on my bank account.
My daughter Emmalin love it but keeps getting errors and I uninstalled and re a few times since got year subscription in November 2020 , one day phonics open then next says coming soon . Kind of strange I hated to unsubscribe but good till November 2021 so hope that till then app gets better or not going to change my mind and resubscribe. Be aware not best learning app out there.
My 3 year old son learning alphabet with so many examples and explanations. He loves playing with baby dinasaurs. Beautiful graphics and great music.
Signed up for the learning bundle and i have been trying to unsubcribe but there is no clear instructions on how to unsubcribe. Very frustrated as I would like to unsubcribe before being charged. Feels as though they have made it impossible to find the unsubcribe page so as to charge people.
