Ike is a playful to-do list in the spirit of President Eisenhower's priority matrix. Organize tasks by importance and urgency. Manage tasks using intuitive gestures. Never forget a thing by adding due dates and location reminders. PrioritizePrioritize tasks, todos, and reminders into a priority matrix depending on their importance/urgency. The Eisenhower method, also called a priority matrix, was popularized in Steven Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”. Prioritizing tasks upfront is the cornerstone of Ike; prioritizing a task is the first thing you do, rather than selecting it afterwards.
Due DatesAdd a due date to a task to give it a deadline. Due dates can repeat daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or be customized to a variety of configurations, such as “every 3 weeks on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday”, or “every 3 months”.
RemindersAdd multiple time or location-based reminders to each task. Tasks with due dates have time reminders depending on if a due date is at a set time or is an all day event, and reminders can fire once or repeat. Default reminders for due dates can be customized in the app settings. Location-based reminders can be added and customized for arriving at or leaving from a location. View a map or get driving directions while viewing a task that has location-based reminders. The geofence detection radius can be customized as well as the detection time when arriving at a location.
Images and AudioAdd an image to a task to add more information about it, or to jazz it up. Images are seen directly in your task list so you don’t have to dig for it. Add audio recordings to a task using Google’s speech to text. Audio is played directly from the task list, and a speech to text is shown while the audio is playing to make it easier to access. If you want to quickly add a task with a lot of information, audio is the way to go.
NotesAdd notes and descriptions to your tasks. We give you an entire screen to add whatever detailed information you want.
Customize and CelebrateCelebrate your accomplishments with delightful animations, and visualize progress as you complete tasks. Task lists can be customized with a variety of color themes, some free and some pro.
WidgetsCreate widgets to add, edit, complete, and view tasks. We currently have a quick add widget, a task list view widget, a task chip widget, and several matrix widgets to efficiently get an overview of your to-do list.

The UI is great! Thanks for the App. However, I think that while adding a reminder on repeat, there should be an option of selecting days of the week. For example, if I want to remember taking something to my workplace daily, I can simply set the reminder to repeat on daily basis.The only problem is that it'll also follow on weekends/holidays which is unnecessary and disturbing. I hope you will understand and address this issue.
Best Design and Most Flexible, with multiple lists -- each with its own four categories -- BRILLIANT! 😋 Perhaps the only improvement I would suggest is to add e-mail 📧 reminders, although that might also introduce unnecessary overhead and complications, by users relying too much on e-mail messages and not paying sufficient attention to the app itself; so maybe e-mail notifications should be an option available only for specifically selected tasks? In any case, this app is awesome!
This is a really great app, that helps keep me organized. I love being able to have multiple lists (work, household, personal) and to easily prioritize the lists based on urgency. Also, being able to set recurring reminders is great for those tasks you have get done every day/week/month. What keeps me from giving Ike 5 stars is the lack of flexibility with reminders. You can set recurring reminders for a certain day of the month (like the 1st or 4th), but there is not an option to get the reminder on the first Saturday of the month (for example). I have many tasks that I wish to be reminded of every month, but if they all hit on a Tuesday, I am not going to be able to get to them right away. Similarly, I wish that when you snoozed a reminder, you could choose for how long. In the case of my weekend tasks showing up on Tuesday, I would like to be able to snooze for multiple days. Other tasks, I plan to do sooner, and would love to be able to choose a 15 minute snooze or 1 hour depending on the situation I encourage the developer to add these features, giving more flexibility to recurring tasks and reminders. What I love the BEST are the animations. It makes the app alive. Easy to access goals according to priority. Even easier to organize and separate all categories. The smallest details like the widgets also look great with colors and useful. Recommendation, I'd love to see a feature where users can change the text names for horizontal and vertical lines in the middle of all the categories. One more thing, pro version is also worth it, but would love to have more things available for pro version. 👍
The app is ease of use, fast, and the UI is clean to look at. The only problem I cannot rate it 5 stars is because 1) I cant find the option to back-up my list in-case I change or reset my phone and 2) this app doesnt exist on PC or web-app, so I need to use the phone at all times, which is a little inconvenient. As future update features, I expect chat windows for my associates inside the app so I can transfer data and update my list even faster.
Great app to organise everything that I have in my mind. But, for me, that it doesn't connect to Google Calendar (or similar) or have a calendar view puts me a little bit off. As well as not having the possibility to see all the tasks in one window (or widget) to have a general perspective. There is room for improvement and that the paid version only gives you some "not that usefull" widgets (and the themes but who cares in a productivity app) it's a pity.
The app is great but would improve if you could potentially sync or back up data to a cloud or another service. I realized I would have trouble having to retype everything after recently getting a new phone. I use this app regularly though as it helps keep me on top of things and reminds me of stuff. 3.5 stars only because of the aforementioned and the small bug where it crashes when you load it after an alert but it's no biggie.
This app is pretty useful. I liked the design and the functionality of it as well. After using it for two days as a test run, I more than willingly paid to use it with full features activated - mostly the widget. Only reason I rated this as 4 stars is because it does not offer a backup option. I am planning on changing my device soon and I am not sure how this app's data will be transferred to the new device. I honestly don't use the to-do apps on desktop environment so that wasn't really an issue for me though it would still be nice to have that function.
Recommend this to anybody who has struggled with organisation in the past. While the quadrants may feel a little esoteric at first, this has proven to be the best app yet. Well made and intuitive interface. Widgets are useful. Setting timings for some of my repeating focus' over periods of time proved to be a little unintuitive, but took only a little time to work out. Not enough of a downside to lower the rating. Recommended for anyone who struggles with organising their day (ADHD'er here).
Good app. Nice features. Different style of note taking. But please improve your widget. Add an option to view all my unfinished to-do tasks, regardless of list or category. I don't want to keep changing my lists and categories on the widget for Everytime that I want to glance all my tasks. That's a major, major drawback. Thank you.
Really nice app with great visual. All functionality is easy to use with features self explaining, which is really good app design. There is small bug when renaming task. Workaround is to restart the app. I miss the possibility to backup and sync. Also combined view with all tasks across all list would be helpful. Nice to have would be possibility to order list of tasks in main menu and custom colors instead of very similar themes. Keep up the good work
I love this app! It simplifies the prioritization of tasks and it is nice amd colourful. I also love the widgit. The only thing that would be kind of nice is customizing the colours, but that is not a necessity. The colour schemes that come with the app are good. Would also like a backup function or the ability to view on multiple devices.
Hi developers, I love your app and I would like to see it become the the best one in it's category. I would like to share my observations for improvement. 1. This app would be absolutely helpful if I could have it syncing my Google calendar with the tasks in each category (urgent important etc.) 2. I would pay more for the ability to export and import my task and to-do list into printable documents. 3. Most users would agree that, If needed ,we should at least be able to sync all our devices
The organization is good, but I almost never get the notifications. When I check up on it in the app, somehow the next to-do that should've been up isn't there, it's like Ike automatically checked it off as done. And these are after I paid to upgrade to unlock the extra features 😒 I've even sent in an email about it. No fixes.
Excuse me? Who knew setting reminders could be so fun? I'm in school, and it has totally changed my life around. I have a reminder to make and take packed lunch so I eat healthier, which I always forgot to do before. I can set dates for due homework assignments, but have it remind me about it a day+ before it's due. No more 10 o'clock revelations that I have a project due tomorrow. This app has reminded me to check in with my Grandma. All of these things that I would usually forget are now easy to remember. Setting up a new reminder / task is probably the second funnest part. Incredibly easy and superbly fast at creating a reminder. The funnest part? Swiping right when an assignment is due. The animation is so simple yet wonderful. Creating reminders that repeat each day, week, or even year is so simple. No more forgetting to take my AM and PM meds. And the most awspiring part is the fact that I have not encountered one hiccup with the app, no matter if it's the tiniest thing in the world.
Out of the seven task management apps I've tried this one shines through brilliantly. The way it enables the user to manage their tasks is intuitive and informational. The main screen gives a quick "level of importance" for the different tasks. Each features seems to assist you in organizing and remembering why you added a task.
I liked this app so much I bought the pro version on the first day I used it. Since the pro version is only $2, it's a much better deal than the ones that charge a monthly fee. I really like the way it organized your talks into the 4 quadrants. Until I leaned about this app, I did not know that concept went back to Ike, but was familiar with it from Covey's 7 Habits book. There is something helpful for me about having tasks in the different quadrants and knowing where I need to give my attention. I also like having separate lists so that I can separate work and home items. You only get two reminders per task with the free version and 5 with the pro version. If you need more than 5 reminders, you might want to reevaluate your workflow. The additional color themes in the pro version are nice, but I wish we could customize the colors. Another nice feature is being able to rename the quadrants. Different people will have different ways of organizing their workflows that suit their individual situations the best. For me, Ike is a great solution. It is simple but has great features. So glad I found it.
This app is simple to use but has a lot to offer. Two of my favourite features are adding photos to notes and changing notes' order by moving them up or down. I have tried many note/to do lists apps but this one tops them all. Unfortunately you can't back up or restore your notes! Major issue so I'm leaving.
A really wonderful app. It accomplishes what it set out to do, effectively capturing the essence of the Eisenhower box. The development and creation of app has been excellent. The functionality and design is intuitive, it is smooth and I did not face any bugs. Color palette is soothing on the eyes. Best part is - no intrusive ads.
The app is really simple and effective but just one feature is lacking. There is no sync on this app or you cant even make an account so that your tasks are saved in your account and on open the same account the tasks should be synced. But there is no such feature which caused me a great deal of problems as i had all my work todos and deadlines saved on this app and my phone broke down. Otherwise, it is a great and efficient app, highly recommended. But please consider the feature mentioned.
I like this app for sorting and remebering chores and tasks. It could use some fine tuning. For example: It's impossible to 'mark done' in my alerts if I have more then one task (I have many). I feel it defeats the purpose of a fast reminder if I have to stop, open the app and mark done.
This app has replaced my planner and about four other time management and organization systems. It's beautiful in its simplicity. Every scattered thought about things that I want or need to do get noted here immediately and can be forgotten until the reninders I've scheduled bring it to my attention. I've been using it for just over a week and it's already been so helpful. I've never been so productive and yet had so little anxiety aboutmy endless todo lists.
Works well with slick animations and a simple but attractive interface. The free version doesn't lock out anything absolutely necessary to the app's performance, which makes me want to upgrade to Pro because I find it rare. For a successful app, this one also doesn't have a lot of annoying intrusive ads and feature bloat. A minimalist breath of fresh air and accomplishes exactly what it needs to, and quickly. 🙏
