IKEA have gone for excellent upgrading WOWx2 was Great due for Xmas, CNY Decorations n to Boost Sales n Products, my Counterparts did not agree to the Spectical most of them indicated that they would be more support for old systems, now ppls have to get to 2nd floor to be at first!? My oh my quickly took the out of the outlet. 🚿🎊🎁👀🙈
Awful app. The app is sluggish, ugly and they are really slow deliverying products. It's faster just going to the store. They don't even care.
I enjoy it and make my purchase a little easy but could be better. Have problems linking my ikea family card and will be better if you could add items to a favorite list.
Need real status updates! App needs updates and the whole process of buying is slow and not the best experience. Trying to call for updates and or visiting the local store took 4 to 6 hours and stiill nothing clear on where was my box. Need tender loving care.
The application isn't complete. It didn't allowed me to complete my order neither. Update: Feb 25 2021 The application has been updated and now it is very much complete. Thanks for everything.
Does what it's supposed to do, although the categories and filtering of items when looking for an item could be done better (better labeling or easier searching).
I like the apps to get my decor first on paper and then I can compare Ikea with others it's easy to use

Everything is great, except that if I have a credit in Ikea Family I have no way to add the credit to my order.
Needs improvement in finding the categories menu to browse the store.

Name was incorrect
It does not synchronise with the online cart. I fill my cart on Ikea web, with my account logged in, and nothing appear in the app. Same of I do it backwards. Searches won't work on Spanish either. Not even with product number.
