Really bad customer service, I got a defective product, a table whose legs just wouldn't get attached to the top. Customer service was so arrogant and said it was handling issue and not a defect. They didn't even see what issue it was, directly assumed. Was a regular customer, but now after this, will never be ordering again.
The application is for Turkey, is impossible to find stores in another country, would be great to have an application just in English with a country selection. No adds for me which is great but incredible than Ikea doesn't have a good app.
If I can manage to search for sth, I cannot scroll through results anyway. I guess website and app works in shifts. One does not work if another one does. Sometimes neither of them works. Is it really that difficult?
The worst App I ever have.. The company does not want the cystomer to buy any product. The product is not seen clearly. Prices are not shown. Product details are not exhibited properly. So many clicks are needed. It clearly seems that the company does not want to sell its products online
The store is wonderful but the app doesn't portray that....installed it twice and uninstalled...it doesn't get launched only...a blank white screen shows up everytime and that is it!!!
Absolutely useless. Will not start. "Error. Something went wrong" message every time I install and try to run.
I bought a new year tree online and it turned out to be worst experience. It came broken without how to assemble instruction or info. I called the support team. They said information is not on the Web and they do not know it. They said that I can only return it back. I ordered online but I had to go to Yurtici kargo branch. Then they said that the return code has an error and I can't send it back. I called Cs they said they cannot do anything. I had to put the tree into garbage. Teribble!
I would suggest don't go for online shopping i had bad experience! Amount had be debited from my account on 26th dec.2020! But thr is no order confirmation! When I call to customer service she was helpess.. she only gave me one mail id asked me to send mail on that id. I did but that is also helpless.. than today I call to the customer service then he confirmed that yes the amount had been Debited that will be return
All the items are very tempting to have but you cannot have it. Because I have been facing a problem with no code message sent on my phone. And hence I am unable to complete my order. Need help to fix this problem ⚠️
please make sth to stop vibration. does it really have to vibrate for every product added to the basket.. it is just annoying to not to be able to cancel that via app settings also.
Not many options are provided as compared to store. It's much better and highly recommend to visit the store Directly instead of shopping online.
Wrost , tried multiple times , a blank screen is shown nothing other than that. no option of zero or minus rating , please do provide for this app.😡
Saw the advert today in newspaper and still it the app doesnt support Indian market, rates are not in INR and when we go to select country it just doesnt show India. Suppose they should get this right before advertising.
Very unstable app. Not user friendly. It does not send activation code even after trying so many times.

Very bad service....never buy anything online...if the product is out of stock they refund the amount not our delivery charge...i regoster a complaint and they delete all my order details from app...very bad customer sevice...they never take our phone call...irresponsible 🥶😈
I can't log in to my account due to password error. I changed my password, still can't l9g in. Can't create new account since my phone number is used by an account I can't log in. This app fails utterly!!!
It's a dumb application. Only white screen pops up when opened. Better remove the application from play store. Deserves zero stars.
Firstly after installing it thru playstore it says it needs an update. After updating, it's not opening. Worst app.

Unable to sign up. App freezes and unable to complete any process. INR is not clearly visible.
The items I bought get stick at my cart, and favorites list does not work as it used to, it now distributes each item on a different list which is pretty annoying. I don't know if this is because of something i do wrong, but anyway it should be intuative for users in general.
