I have been waiting for more than two months and my order hasn't been delivered yet. I sent many emails, but only automatic replies. No way to cancel the order. Phone call is charged very expensive due to waiting for hours. They should return my money, if they don't want to process my order. Be careful, they steal our money. Google should ban this app
I don't know if they deliberately put it like this or its a lack of a basic feature in the app, the sorting feature is unavailable. "Sort by price" " Sort by Relevance" " Sort by Discount" "Sort by new arrival"....there no sorting which makes the app really difficult to use.
Extremely poor service. I ordered through the App On 6th April, until now they have not delivered the items. It was supposed to be delivered on 20th April then after i complained they sent me an email saying it is confirmed to be delivered on 2nd May, but did not come. After complaining again, I got a call from customer service saying that the delivery will take another 2 weeks without a confirmed date as they have some issue with the delivery guys and asked me to come collect it myself.
The app is unusable, it crashed with every single step, and it does not allow you to skip any of the pages in the welcome screens (like an app that try to steal your information by force) *uninstall
You should rename the service to click & never collect cause our staff is too lazy to prepare your order. Waste of time and shame on Ikea
Should add more filters. Mant items are not available to shop which lead us to go to store.
Always wrong items delivered and no cooperation to change it fast
Very bad service. Most of the time app will notify me that an item is out of stock at the time of check out. Also, I ordered and paid and after 2 weeks they told one item out of stock and they will refund item price only and not delivery and assembly fees I paid. Till now I have not received the refund. Also, one item I paid for and have not received. Delivery and assembly fees are pricey. Will not use the app or buy from IKEA again.
Ikea online shopping experience is terrible. No online Customer support for cancellation but to call them with a 30mins -1 hour (or more) waiting time, and the delivery lead times is worst even without a pandemic 🙄. You can't even track the orders' status properly, and cancellation is just as worst. You are only ordering locally, and not inernationaly, and they make tons of excuses to delay everything!
The worst online shopping app. I wasnt able to track my order, for which I had to call ikea several times and after 3 weeks when I called ,the fellow told me that the order has been cancelled . I didn't recieve any notification of cancellation, i got to know only when I called them for the fifth time. I didnt recieve the refund yet even after 3 weeks....dont shop with ikea .you will have to give the shipping along with an extra 100 or 200 sar for calling them and no guarantee of refund
This company has worst customers service on the planet. Orders are delayed for months, delivered items are incorrect and some are missing. They don't have any quality system to handle customers complaints and to resolve missing/ wrong delivered orders. They just give lollipop on Twitter and in emails for opening compaint ticket but they do not solve the problem. They charge money in advance and do not refund. I am surprised why KSA authorities didn't cancel their license due to such blunders.
An app to buy online that is not updated to give you the quantity of the products available in the store. So basically, they charge you and get your money after that they say: sorry, the product is not available. Really! you got my money for what! why did you took my money if you don't have what I asked for in the app, this is a scam App. I believe they are using our money to get interest on it then they return our money after TWO WEEKS. This really bad action coming out from Ikea. Is stealing customer money an Ikea systematic business?
This is my 1st experience regarding any item purchased through App IkEA. Let see when received my order and how they managed the coordination. Best regards.
The worst application with the worst online services... We can not select the sequence as per our choice. They dont bother to respond online complaints... I cancelled my order by visiting personally to the branch and still it shows its status online as valid even after visiting 4 times in the branch.
Why would anybody pay for Click & Collect fee if we can get the order shipped to our home for the same price? Or is it some kind of a glitch? But overall, the app is easy to use.
Their delivery service is thrash, But their service is pretty good.. I would recommend using the pick up option than the delivery one..
Payment method is not working with MADA card. I have been waiting for one item and finally it was in stock but when I tried to buy it, payment method wasn't working.
A bit slow, needs better categorisation and filtering, items appear available and then not available at checkout point.
The technical support reaction is really shocking to this issue Each time I try to register my user, and error messages says an error has occurred during registration I've tried different email accounts even different mobiles but the issue still the same
App is not working (won't sign me in) and when I complained they gave me ridecules steps and it still not working. When I thretened to complain to the mother company they gave me other ridecules steps and app is still not working.
I did locate my click and collect point store in the app before but now I can't find it. Only full size stores are pickup points.
Nice app providing convenient shopping experience saving time and effort at store. Kindly requesting IKEA to include all items instead of selective products
I like the app as it gives stock info but I hate that every while I found myself logged out and when I log in again all my shopping cart is gone that is so frustrating why do we make accounts then
This app need to be user friendly and to be updated, ikea is huge company with poor marketing and technology usage. I do not recommend wasting your time with this app.
Not possible to access my acount even when i am following the process of new password through emails etc... tried many times then i give up and stop doing the shopping
Easy, fast, clear products picturs almost similar to original products, very competitive delivery & installing cost surperised me despite I didn't use it.

Much easier to shop, still need more development to become much more convenient.. e.g. new orders not found in the app Can not use your points Stock availability not accurate
I don't understand the point of setting up click & collect centers in different cities across KSA then have them not show up in the official app!! Online shopping seems lost on you
