It's painfully slow. Constantly get the error 'something went wrong our end' when searching, sorting or filtering. Looks like a well designed app but it's a better experience using the website.
It keeps signing me out, and every time I try to log in it fails. I tried to uninstall the app then reinstall it, it didn't work. I had a full cart and I was ready to check out but unfortunately I wasn't able to complete my purchase. Very disappointed.
Your app needs to get fix as it is a useless app! Product chosen always says " not able to add please try again ", showing few option/choices of products, and most of the products is not available online. Seriously what's the purpose of your " online app " when it's hard to purchase online???
Products are really nice..even the price range is good but I payment process is not ok. I tried thrice to pay with tabby but everytime screen stucks on checkout page. when I paid in full through my credit card, it worked in first try.
The worst app. They have a glitch in it. Doesnt matter if you select assembly required it still will not charge you for assembly hence NO ASSEMBLY. and if you select express delivery and assembly then it will charge you 350!!! Also its super slow.
It is convenient user friendly app, it would have been better if option to buy other products online as well i. e. Bed instead of going to IKEA Store just for payment.
the payment and check out is easy , surfing is difficult should be faster , better in precise all over experience is ok
I used to buy online with this app, but now for some reason all the items that i try to buy are not adding to my cart. I thought I just needed to update the app, but it's still not working. I wonder what happened
Was working well earlier but now continuously shutting down. Unfortunately Ikea has not fixed the problem for the past many days. Customer care not helpful in this regard !
The app is really great, the design and everything is wonderful, but one problem I keep facing for few days is that the app keeps crashing. The only way to resolve this is by deleting the app and re-installing it, but I've been doing this for few days straight and I'm getting tiered :( I've re-installed it more than 5 times.😭 and now I can't log in I don't know why. 😭 Update; The app no longer crashes and it improved technically. The design and navigation are changed from the best to better 👍
Always shows issues with login. Opening a product shows "something went wrong at our end" error.
You really need to up the game and make the app more user-friendly. Furthermore, there's no option to check Al Wahda Mall Ikea stocks. It ain't even listed as a store on the app. Why is that I wonder? That is still an IKEA store last time I checked! Funny stuff!
Clumsy app, not very user friendly and half of the time it does not open correctly.
Its useless to download the app. Logs you out everytime, and will hang during payment. I tried a lot of times but can't complete the purchase. I finally was able to complete my order with one try, only from the website without any issue. It's really disappointing for a big company to have an app that sucks!
1. Cannot login 2. Resetting password takes ages 3. Once you reset your password, there's an error saying, "Something went wrong" 4. Back to 1
Awful app,loses your basket, difficult to find things. I have never seen an IKEA app so bad and I have used in the UK and the Netherlands (both good apps)
The app sucks as it logs you out everytime they do a small update at their end. There is no options available for authentication from social platforms. And the "Forgot your password" leads you to a screen which wants you to enter password 🤦♂️ Uninstalling the app as I don't have the patience to go through the hassle of logging in every month.
Bad app! Not working properly. 1. After I added so many things in the shopping cart, I opened it to proceed with the payment but nothing was there and the cart is empty. And the fun part is the app keeps sending me notifications that's my stuff I have collected are waiting for me in the cart and the cart is empty 🤦♂️ 2. if a product I or anyone can't buy it online You should remove it from your website.
Keeps logging out. And deleting added items in basket everytime logs out. Have to repeat it again. Ikea you need to fix this.
Bad Experience The only reason to use the App is to create a shopping list and add thing to the cart. I have lost the items on the cart 5 times after a couple of days. What is the point of having a cart list if it changes or disappears on the next login? Apr 15: more than 6 out of 30 items that I want to order are not deliverable, eventhough they are small and some are part of Pax/Besta design. Why would an app/site be created to provide the costumer with "some" of the items they need!!!
Just so weird there is no option for order history, once you place your order there is no option to check it. It will not prompt you that your order has been successful even in email unlike other apps. I just received a message from the bank that my card purchase transaction is deducted. So disappointed with this.

The app keeps crashing and logs me out. I am not able to change the store as well. For when I click on it I can't see the options. Sometimes the shopping list changes the quantity to twice by itself. The app keeps acting itself.
Useless app. Login does not work. Forgot password throws an error "unable to find an applicarion that can handle the URI" and then they send a message that account is locked for security reasons without any instruction on what needs to be done to unlock it. Staff at IKEA have no clue if the app is working or not.
The app and website experience on Android gave me heartburn. The app only allows you to add items to your wishlist then your cart is a black hole on the app. Login to the website and you have 54 items there and every delete requires a full page refresh. Makes me wonder if THEY even use their own app or who does their UX/UI testing
usually I'm not a person who put reviews , but honestly is not fair to pay delivery charges for each item when u are ordering fom more than one I'm paying 20aed for each item and one of them is just a mirror sticker which is for 29aed so I have to pay almost same price for delivery charges. plus every time u step back and u try to purchase again they add the assembly charges which 120aed, so be careful don't proceed for payment before checking the total amount.
I hope the orders will be convenient and fast delivery and no damage about the item sold
Useless application always stuck when i choose checkout i tried 4 times and still not processed.... If there's less than one star i will give it
I love the Ikea brand, but ur application, guys, is disaster. Food section cannot be open for months (i order through the browser, not app). In the main section: i add items in the cart and it shows that the item is added. When i go to the cart - its empty.
