This was originally a 5 star review, but I'm charging it to 2 stars because when I try to read any story or chapter, I get a pop up that says "Server communication error", and when I tap Try Again multiple times, the whole app just crashes. I really love the game but I realized it hasn't been updated in a while. Please fix this, there's nothing we can do on the app if we can't even read the story..
All the routes have their own unique story and the plotline is amazing overall. There are still some mistranslation in the ending of some routes but it doesn't really affect the gameplay. I give it 4 out of 5 because the collection event is basically a pay to win. But no matter what, I still love the game so props to the author and game devs for creating this wonderful game.
I do love the game... But recently it's been very buggy. It wouldn't load and stayed on a white screen for hours. Ive had to uninstalled, and restarted, it 3 times now without any luck. I can't get past the opening download and I have plenty of space for it. I hope the issue can get fixed because this is one of my favorites from ikemen!!!
I'll leave the stars as they are for now cause I do love this otome but the app keeps saying server communication error download data failed, when I try to read anything. This is the second time this has happened last time it took months but it fixed itself and now it's doing it again. Please fix. This one is my favorite and I dont want to have to give it a bad review.
So far I like the game. The MC is better than that of other games. My only complaint is the very slow interface of the game like it takes a thousand moments to load or reload even when using a personal Wi-Fi. I had played other games (even RPGs) with greater graphics but I never had a problem connecting and playing them even with only a mobile data. I hope you fix this problem soon. Other than that, the game's excellent.
The storylines are really great and filled with emotion, the plot is amazing, the art is awesome and the music really makes the mode. However, there's no use for the coins, everything is paid with crystals that cost actual money and the prices are high. You litteraly have to pay your way through the game and it takes away the fun and will to keep playing
The new update makes the characters cut off by the thighs. It's incredibly wonky and a huge portion of the screen at the top is just black. Sirius, being tall, often has strands of hair poking out of the actual background illustration. The overall story is nice though, and I like how it's much more easier to get crystals and coins than other games
I like the game itself. The MC isn't my favorite. She is one of the impossibily brave and optimistic types that I find it extremely hard to relate to. The guys are somewhat more interesting. I have had lots of trouble with this game loading, however. It is ridiculously slow--to the point of not loading at all--on both wifi and data at various times. Sometimes it lasts weeks before I can even get the game to let me do more than log in (which itself is a huge fight). Loading events makes it worse.
I absolutely love the story, characters, and the narration. The art and graphics are way beyond my expectation. Only problem are the challenges you need to do to be able to read the chapters. You need to save coins and intimacy points and it usually takes days (or even weeks) to save just to get past one challenge. 😔 I dont have money to buy high ranking cards used for duels, and its unfair because the ones I'm against always have 4-5 star cards.
I love this game, I really do! Been playing for more than a year now. Never had any issues with it until recently when it kept crashing and restarting. I assumed the app kept crashing because I kept pressing the screen really quickly but it also crashed at random times as well. I would really be happy if this issue could he resolved!
I had this app on my phone and it's great, but i am having problems. The problem i'm having is that when i open the app it just stays on a green screen with spades, hearts, and diamonds. I dont know if this is happening just because i'm using my Chromebook or not. I'm pretty sure though it's not that because Ikemen Vampire works on with no problems. I've tried installing it over and over again but still nothing. Besides that, the app is amazing!<3
I'm rating it a 4 star instead of 5, because the user interface is pretty buggy. The game loads for a long time, and often becomes black and inactive and stops loading. It doesn't fill the whole screen like ikemen vampire. I really love the stories and events, so it'd be great if the user interface was made smoother by some updates.
The app keeps closing I don't know why. I followed the instructions on troubleshooting this but to no avail. It's a really great game but of all the Ikemen series, this is the only one that crashes (never had problems with IkeVamp and IkeSengoku). I hope there will be some help or remedy for this. I absolutely love the game but it keeps crashing and destroying my phone's performance.
This looked like a really interesting game. Artwork was fabulous and the storyline was interesting. However, the game kept switching my route. I would play it the day before then when I logged in the next day, everything was reset with a different guy. I haven't had this game for to long, I looked it up and decided to download it, buy when I finally did, all the problems occured. Their other games are fantastic so I had high hopes for this one. Sadly, it didn't make the cut....
the main plot is great and each route is so different from one another that its alluring to play every single one. my one issue with the game is that it randomly crashes for unknown reasons. whether I'm on the title screen, loading, reading a chapter, doing battles, the game for some reason crashes. it's not consistent at all which makes it hard for me to pin point exactly what the problem is
Absolutely wonderful! It seems that every game Cybird publishes is stupendous and I can't help but be hooked! It's far from a pay-to-win, though buying certain things does help plenty, and you can go through many routes without dropping a penny. Each character is different, the attire is beautiful, and very fun with the many events! Highly recommended!
The game is good. Storyline is decent and graphics are impressive. But there's one problem. No matter how many times you do destiny duels you always get a draw for no reason. At first you may have a few wins, but as soon as you play the game often it lets you have a draw WAY too many times. It's really bothering me so i hope you can fix it Cybird.
I do love this game, but I'm having some serious issues. The last few days, it won't let me read the event or main stories. It just sits on a load page forever! I'm so behind now, and the event is closing soon! I also can't do the love duels in the event properly, I have to challenge, close the app, and then go back in again to get any points. It's maddening cause I've always done pretty well in the events, and I love the ranking attire, but there's no point in buying anything if I can't play.
This game is probably my favorite out of all the Cybird games, but that's because I am a bit biased towards Wonderland themed games. Even if you aren't a big fan of Wonderland themes, the overall story, character development, art, and soundtrack will make up for that. Every route is full of its own uniqueness and lets you learn more about the characters, whether you're pursuing them or not. Playing as the second "Alice", I found myself relating to her issues and monologue. Try it out! :D
I love this game! I love the characters and the stories. But recently the made it IMPOSSIBLE to win the duels! It's the about the only way to get lin to buy avatar items needed to pass love challenges. I would have given this a 5* rating until they decided to change the game. But now it's almost impossible to advance without paying money.
Would have been more engrossed in this if it wasn't too heavy. I don't think my internet is that weak because I can play other games well enough; however, for this game, it takes too long to load or there's no indication it loads because it just shows a black screen. I think the game is too heavy or data hungry to be enjoyed thoroughly. Hopefully, it could be reduced. The story is interesting but I just can't fully enjoy it this way.
I love this game, with the card system, the art style, the characters and everything. It's beautiful and I'm so excited for when the new routes and stories will be available. My only complaint is that there are no ways to earn free magic crystals, as far as I can tell. Magic crystals are necessary to use the gatcha as many other things and it would be nice to have an ad opportunity or something to earn free ones, or have a daily free gatcha draw. Other than that, I really love it.
Love the game, the characters, design and plot is definitely my cup of tea. However, I've played the other ikemen games and so far, Ikemen revolution had been the only one wherein I experienced game crashing and long waits. In other ikemen games, they work just fine. I have redownload the game data over and over again for far too many times in hopes that it would work out just fine again, but even if I do so, it takes too long to download.
