Ikemen Sengoku:Otome Game

Great game, I've played it for over a year now, and really, It's a pretty nice game with interesting characters. I saw a lot of reviews that pinpointed the fact that gold was needed to go through the story, or that it was too slow. You can usually finish a route in a month, that is if you aren't blocked in the love challenges. The best advice I can give, is to make a much friends (max 50) as soon as possible to earn 2000 gold daily, and do princess lessons often. So really just be patient.

Pros: Very Addicting and hard to put down. Cons: one of the only games I have played where you need a code to transfer devices rather than just your Google or Facebook account. I have lost I don't know how many stories because of having to reset my tablet to factory default and the bloody code not working. I HOPE the devs/creative team change it so you just need your Google/ Facebook to link and get your saved progress back.

The data transfer is a mixed bag and thats honestly the worst part of the game. I did it once successfully and this second time it wont work. I put in my info and it tells me theres no data to transfer. Theres three years of data! Will i restart? Not while knowing that this could happen again. A huge bummer. I was excited for Kichos route one day (and a little obsessed with Motonaris).

Really great game so far, but it needs some work. It feels unfinished. It's not very clean and feels somewhat thrown together. The story Is pretty good, but it too is mostly unpolished. It really just needs some fine tuning and it has the potential to be amazing!

I really love this game – storyline, characters and soundtrack is phenomenal and perfect, but as of recently, the game won't open and would only stay at the home screen. Maybe it's because the game isn't updated yet but please try to fix this issue. 💗

Update! Obsessed with my warlords! Finished Nobunaga's story and i'll be coming back for the sequels on Kenshin and Yukimura for sure! On to the review! The stories themselves are great, had no idea otome games could get so steamy!! but thats just another reason im addicted. MC and decision options are pretty good. 5 free chapter tickets every day (but that would never be enough for me)

I enjoy it a lot and the main story that I've started is very well written. The user interface needs some work though. To make selections, I need to pause the auto scroll and then it'll pull up the options. The home screen and other options within the game aren't very intuitive though and it tends to load slowly. Ikeman seems to have dumped more resources into their Vampire otome than this one.

I love the story but it's hard to get coins without buying them, the free coins option is a scam from tapjoy to get you to download theor games, they rarely actually give you the reward you're owed and even when supplying evidence during the help report all they'll tell you is that "they can't prove it's your first time downloading the game" even if it's a game you've never downloaded before . I'd probably be willing to change me review if they did something about the tapjoy attention scams.

A great one but so hard to progress in the story. Other than the problem with the "Story ticket", you have also challenges(where you buy stuff using coins which is so expensive and hard to get, btw) to take and finish before you progress in the story. There's no better way than paying real life money. 1 ad=1 coin; $1 for a 100 coins; 100 coins=1 TICKET... You compute the rest for yourself. I hope there's a better way for this game to be more enjoyable. App won't open

I love this game but I'm tired of not getting birthday story events for the guys anymore. I'm also tired of only getting story & collection events on the most popular guys. There are so many great characters who need love too! Give us the same stories that I know are being released on the JP server!

Very expensive if you don't know what you're doing. You'll need coins after coins after coins if you want to look back at the stories you've completed. Your best bet is downloading apps from the "get free coins" page, because the prices can be ridiculous. Otherwise, the story's immersive and fun, the characters felt very developed, and it's an overall pleasant experience. The amount of CG's awarded is a bit low compared to other otome games, however, the ones you DO get are gorgeous.

I've been playing this game since its release(2 years now yay), and I still very much love it! This was the first game that I've played through every route from every character, and the first game I've also spent money on 😋 I also love the MC, the music, and its easy navigation. If you're a 1st time player, you might be turned off by trying to acquire some items and clearing challenges, but over time, gold and items will accumulate through events, login bonuses, and greeting friends anyway.

Decent game. Super fun to play and so sweet. But there's no enough chapter tickets per day! 5 tickets is like 5 minutes of story: it's not enough. And the app is super confusing at the beginning. Too much stuff going on! They need to streamline it. Also, I wish there were more choices. I dislike the main character at times: she's whiny and just stupid a lot of the time. But overall I really enjoy this game. Just wish it was cheaper and easier to use.

Love the game! The stories and characters are all loveable. My only gripe is how LONG it takes for it to load. I get that it has more data compared to Midnight Cinderella but come on, I've been trying for an hour to get to the home screen. I've been staring at the yellow loading screen for ages and then when i do get to the home screen, it crashes on me after some time so I'm left to repeat the process over and over. Not cool.

The best of the ikemen series, it keeps all the routes different enough that you don't feel like you're going through the same thing over and over. I also love that it isn't only one chapter that's different at the very end, but enough to feel satisfied at having two different endings. Reading the premium routes does require money and only sometimes(sadly) includes more mature material. It's the only one I can see myself continuing to read over and over.

I love it, BUT it takes a lot of time to wait for new chapters to renew. It's expensive too. Even when you buy chapters you have to complete other things that costs. Please change the prices or even the amount of coins you get. In one setting I spent 70$ never again. Be good to have more bonuses for people who pay. Will change once improvements are made

I really wish I could love this more. The artwork is amazing, voice actors are superb, but the whole dress up thing has got to go. I would happily pay one lump sum to play this game but the dress up 'mission' and ticketing system is too much. They also packed so much stuff into the main page for you to either watch ads or to buy things, it crashes or loads extremely slowly.

The story itself is nicely told and engaging. However, I can't give the game more than 3 stars, because the amount of time I have to wait for new tickets or to get my stats up to the required amount or to get enough coins to buy a certain outfit to progress in the story has made me lose interest completely. I didn't even get to finish ONE story before getting tired of waiting and uninstalling the game.

Intrigued by the pictures, so I downloaded the game. Love the style, though only 2-3 characters caught my interest right away. Love the music, but it overpowers the voices. And there's no option to lower the music without having to mute the sound completely. Tried downloading the voices separately but, it didn't solve the problem. Hopefully this issue gets resolved soon.

Free but...not really. Story line is good but once you get to the 'Love Challenges' you have to acquire things to pass - the problem is there is no way to make enough game money to continue. They will let you pay real money to continue though. I got to the 10th level in the very first character's story and now I'm stuck. Also the app is very confusing! I recommend you pass on this one unless you can spend real money.

Storyline is great, and honestly, probably my favorite of the Ikemen series... however I just wish the interface could be a bit more like IkeVamp's. Here you can't really control the volume (ie: hear the voices over the music), & you can't click off the text box to view the screen without it. Being unable to hear the characters above the ridiculously loud bgm is a pain. *Lately my game has been stuck on the intro screen and I cannot enter the game itself, no idea what's suddenly going on.

I've been playing for two years, gotten through almost every end. It's great how there are always new routes, and events going on constantly. THE GAME CAN BE PLAYED FREE. In events, you're not going to get everything, but you'll still get far. They are always giving items for grace and gold. You need to buy coins to get premium stories, but the regular ones are really good. Each character is compelling and interesting, and there is a bit of real history there, although not much. Amazing game!

Hands down best otome game on Itunes; you have the option to pay for stuff, but it never gets in the way of game experience, the characters you can choose from are so in depth, and the main heroine is super interesting; like she doesn't let anyone hold her down. On top of that, you can actually finish all the characters routes unlike all the other pay to win otomes that you can find on the app store.

I'm a veteran player, but I haven't encountered much bugs. Although there's been some recent changes that I find irksome such as the main interface, it's messy. Another is the daily gacha being annoying to scroll compared to previous layout. I believe the events' lucky time has been cut by half day (?) as to before so it's harder to get the 2x/3x. It's like you would have to pay to finish the event/route (optional). Overall it's still a good game if you don't care about the events.
